Payroll revision
Recently Burger King forced it's employees to go to paperless payroll paystubs and assigned each employee a Money Network paycard with more hoops to jump through than basketball. For two weeks, I have been trying to get a copy of my "paystubs", not just my net pay. Paystubs - hours worked, gross pay and deductions. There are government regulations that protect employees to ensure they can confirm their pay, but with this new paperless payroll, I have not been able to locate my paystub information at all. The only thing Money Network says when I call is go online, everything you need is online, wrong. There are no options for an actual paystub, only net pay verification and the different options to access my net pay.

I went to Burger King in OPP, ALABAMA last night and the girl that waited on me was Ashley McCraine she was very RUDE she yell at me and cussed at me. And when she gave me my food she just threw it at me.

Ashley McCraine is a very hateful person she is rude and she will cuss at you and yell at you. And they should not let the employees date or live together if they both work at Burger King.

Poor business
They are so slow up there waited like 20 min to get food everytime I go in there. They are not busy so why take so long to get your food.

Cheated
I went to Burger King last Thursday to get my family some food, I am a business owner, full time student, full time single mother and have little time. I ordered food for all of us only to discover when I got home that I was shorted a Whopper. I was of course upset, I had kids to put to bed, homework to do, and it was getting late. I called the store I went to and spoke to a manager who told me they were going to write down my name and when I had a chance to come back and they would replace the burger at no charge. This evening I had parent teacher confrences and needed to grab something quick, I was going to grab some food as well as the replacement burger, however when I went to the store I was told that I had to have my receipt. Really? After a week, AND I was not told that?! So, I requested the corporate number for Burger King and was given a local number to the LOCAL Burger King!!!

Won't hear to complaints/compliments on weekends
I orginally went to Burger King website to give them both a compliment for one Store, Lamar in Austin Texas on Jan 28, 2011, and a complaint for another Burger King, I35 Austin Texas on Feb 1, 2011, that I visited within the span of four days. I work Monday thru Friday so imagine my surprise when this corporate giant that spends billions advertising tells me they only want to hear from me Monday thru Friday and from 9 to 5 and that if I do respond to the Media Relations, the only link available to talk to Corporate, my response will be trashed and I will receive no response. In all fairness there is a link to each store yet I had already approached each store with my mis-filled order and I was now one step above that process in customer service and wanted to provide feedback to Corporate Burger King on the difference in how they each handled the process. Again here I would like to state that I wasn't totally surprised my order was misfilled it probably happens 7 out of 10 times as I always special order my double cheeseburger. I don't know if any of their stock holders look at these websites yet they should. thanks for listening Dee.

OUT OF STOCK
WENT TO BURGER KING ON SUNDAY JANUARY 30TH AT 11:45 PM. Ordered a new Steakhouse burger which was advertised was told that they were out of them. Why advertise if you can't keep supply at the store. Then ordered 2 Cheeseburgers and was told that they were out of buns. Someone is not doing their job if they run out of products that are advertised. How could they possibly run out of buns, they are a hamburger chain.

Service
Tiffany have a bad on taking orders. She has a cold face and doesn't smile at all. I missed Lauren for her courteous order taking and handing out your order. She started with excellent customer service from the start 'til the end. That's how Tiffany should be doing. She took the job knowing she will be exposed to different types of customers and she have a problem with sucking it up, she should look at herself if this job is right for her. People like her is despicable working for company like Burger King.

Terrible service
I've been wondering for years how can I file a complaint about this place. The service has been horrible for years. I live in the apartments right next to it and I no longer go there unless I'm starving without my car. There have been times where I've gone and received burgers without patties, super cold fries, the wrong meat, and cold burgers. They ALWAYS take SOOO LONG with your order nearly every time I go trough the drive thru. I waited a whole 30 minutes one time because the cashier at the window took my money and just went about her business until I knocked on the window. She said "the computer is down and the register won't open". I saw the clerk at the front counter and told her "Why the hell did you make us wait so long? And why don't you just use the other register?". She listened, and gave me my change. Tonight was the final straw though. I went to order my daughter a kids meal and they told me they had no lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. I immediately left and searched the web for a way to complain about that horrible place. I really believe it's poor management that is causing this.
