kid's meal
On July 19, 2008 we went into the restaurant to purchase a kid's meal only to get the pokemon cards that goes with the meal. I have a nine year old he is really into the pokemon. Low and behold another burger king did not have the pokemon that should have come with the meal, instead he recieved the incredible hulk. He imediatly pushed
his food away from him and looked at the bag that clearly states,
YOUR FOOD, YOUR DRINK, YOUR TOY, YOUR WAY,
HAVE IT YOUR WAY. If you are running a promo and run out of the item that should come with the meals TAKE THE SIGNS DOWN AND LET THE CHILD KNOW THAT YOU ARE OUT.

Terrible service
At 7:52a I arrived at the Burger King location on Northside Dr.N.W. and was greeted rudely by a crew-member. I was heading to the rest-room and stopped in my tracks "hoping I didn't hear her address me as she did. Where are you going?", I said to the bathroom even-toned/polite. I tried to proceed she then said I couldn't-use it (trying to change her tone)too-late after she initially caught my attention with the greeting. She then said "She said "No, she her manager wouldn't let me use the bathroom". I told her to lose the attitude! And she didn't know who I was". I left standing outside where she could see me writing down the location. You could be having a crappy-morning" but you still must be professional. I left the Burger King website no, email for contact just mailing address. I hope a representative sees these-complaint. But I'm putting it on my blog as well. McDonalds at Five Points downtown, Atlanta. Since I'd just left Burger King trying to use the bathroom. I go there for the same purpose and a security guards standing outside the door.I thought it was out of order! She tells me to use it I had to "make a purchase". I'm like I've heard of everything.Boy, the two-restaurants I used to visit will get "none "of my business "no-more". What kind of business you running with "rude"employees and crazy-request for using a public restroom!. These businesses have "lost their minds"and "will lose customers".

Kicking the father
I could not believe that Burger King, which has used the Burger King man as their symbol of good food and a good place to take your kids would show the burger child kicking his father. I have 11 grandchildren and this was insulting to all. How can you give such an image. Who on earth came up with this idea and was agreed this was the best commercial? What can these people in advertising be thinking?

Terrible service
Barry road and north oak burger king in kansas city, at 09:30 i drove into the drive thru and ordered a cheesy bacon melt, i was told that they where out of tortillas, so i ordered a sausage biscuit, i was told they where out of biscuits, my exact words where, you have got to be shitting me, what do you have? And then another person gets on the intercom and says ""IT'S OK SIR I FOUND ONE" now listen everyone, just where in the hell do you think he found a biscuit???

not getting correct orders
i order 3 kids meals and asked for 2 with apple fries and 1 with marconi . plus 2 chicken sandwichs . I got regular fries and the chicken looked old and dried out . I went to another location and ordered 1 kids meal with apple fried and got regular fries . At no time did any one say they were out of anything . They just handed me my orders and moved on .

Bad service
This is the first time I have said something about this particular Burger King in West Allis, WI. After today I will never go back to this BK again. There is another BK I would have to drive twice the distance but it would be worth it because I have never had any bad come from there from customer service to food. I can go on for days about the food and service. 75% of any given time you walk in and the employees behind the counter are talking about things that have nothing to do with work, using bad language, parties, boyfriends/girlfriends, bad mouthing other employees, bad mouthing drive thru customers while the walk ins are right there, employees in the dining area loudly talking and having a conversation with employees behind the counter helping customers. I had an employee once ask me as I was paying holding a bunch of $20 bills if I would lend her bus fare... I came here to buy lunch, not hand out money, if I wanted to do that I would have gone into Milwaukee and gave my money away to some drunk homeless man... which I do anyways, I'm a pushover. It all seems like a scene from a very bad B movie made in the 70's. Today I asked my daughter McDonald's or Burger King, she said Burger King...I'm thinking Grrr...OK, Burger King or Kentucky fried Chicken...Burger King...Grrr..
So we walked into the BK and the first thing I noticed was different employees..WOW, this might not be so bad after all. The cashier asked me for my order and then for here or to go, I said here. She could hardly speak a word of English. Not putting down her because she can't speak English but as a manager I would have put her in the back doing something else. She then asked me again for here or to go, again I said here. I gave her $50 and she gave me a nickel back. I said I gave you a $50 bill and she said no. I looked at her with a very serious look and said I gave you $50 look in your drawer. She said I can't open the drawer. I really gave her a look and she opened the drawer and puled a $20 bill out and I said no I gave you $50 and I looked and right there were the $5 bills were was the $50 on top. I pointed it out and then I got my correct change back, good thing I did not go through the drive thru...Then she asked me a 3rd time for here or to go? Yikes. This is the best thing I have ever seen at any fast food place ..by the time I paid and got my change the food was already on the tray. Usually you join 3-4 other people waiting for the food. My daughter and I sit down and start eating but the first thing I noticed from the first bite was my Whopper w/ cheese was missing tomatoes. I took it up front and the manager told me because of the ongoing outbreak of salmonella, which I forgot. My bad and I went back to eat. My 2nd bite I noticed some weird smell and this weird mushiness while chewing. I pulled the top bun off and there was brown lettuce, lettuce that looked like it was sitting in a garbage out in the hot sun. I almost threw up right there. I took it back and the new manager was very apologetic and offered me another. I got the new whopper and sat back down. Before taking a bite I peaked inside and whammo it was missing the lettuce and the mayo. I didn't say anything. I just folded it up back in the wrapper and ate French fries... they never screw up the french fries. The last visit which I said to myself would be the LAST my whopper had at least a 1/4 cup of mayo so that every time I picked it up I had to do it strategically so the buns would not separate from the burger, it was a mess. Looked like a scene from Lucille Ball.

Terrible service
The worst experience i have ever had. Screaming and yelling, disorganized. Old lady working cash register, rolling eyes when you order. Restrooms a mess. I will never go back!!!

Terrible experience
I just returned from the Burger King here in Salem, while i was there there was only 1 clerk on duty at the counter while the manager wandered about doing absolutely nothing, Well a man came in with his child which he had no control over and obviously didn't care while his child proceeds to crawl up on the counter yell into the register mikes and while running up and down the counter several times with dog feces on the bottom of his shoes. The manager after about 5 minutes finally gets off of her butt and pats him on the head smiles, laughs and walks back off and quietly out of the child's hearing range softly says "you need to get down now" and smiles having supposedly done her managerial duty. I then tell the clerk on duty about the dog crap on the bottom of the kids shoes and he then tell me well you do know your food is on a tray. I then started to tell him about cross contamination, if its on the counter then its on the bottom of my tray, when i put it on my table its then on my table. I my wife and 2 kids are not eating off of 1 tray because there to sorry to get out some disinfectant to wipe the counter down. another 10 minutes later our food is finally ready and the manager wanders by and actually hands us our food then began to give me lip when I said your not putting that on the counter.
This fast food establishment has really really gone down hill over the past few years, I have had large groups of managers actually block the doors and refuse to move because they didn't want to put out there smoke, wrong orders are the norm here. rude and uncaring employees and management. Its truly sad, Burger King used to be one of my favorite places to stop now in only stop in one out of necessity when forced to.

Extremely poor service
On 7/23/08 my husband & I went to Burger King at the intersection of Moorland & Coffee in New Berlin, WI. The young woman who was taking orders should not have been in that position. Not only was she messing up simple orders but it took forever with each customer. It took her 25 minutes to take 3 orders! There were several people behind me when I first started standing in line but they all disappeared and there were only 2 in front of me at the time.
I was called to the front to be asked if I wanted ketchup only on my hamburger although the receipt stated Double Cheeseburger with no ketchup. It took forever for them to prepare my order and the lady in front of me with 3 grandkids was equally upset. When she asked the cashier for 2 forks, she received a blank look--like why do you need forks? The lady said, "Silverware for them to eat their Mac & Cheese.
Finally, when the cashier started putting my tray together, the whole tray fell to the floor with fries going everywhere. She looked blankly at me and I said, "Refund my money."
The manager came over to ask what the problem was and I replied that I had waited 25 minutes to place my order (2 ahead of me), now another 10 minutes had passed, and my lunch is on the floor. I would like to have a refund and you can charge me for the drinks. She refunded the whole amount.
While at the dentist office yesterday evening I discovered one of their employees had encountered the same time of service at noon---long wait, cashier having trouble getting the orders straight, and poor service.
This is not the only Burger King that I have experienced the same problem--the other one was on Hwy 100 near Cleveland in West Allis, WI. The cashier again had trouble getting the orders straight and I ordered a double croissant with ham & bacon with no egg but received an egg and cheese croissant. When I went back to the counter, I was ignored and finally the person who made the sandwiches said, "What's wrong?" She informed me she had made my "special" sandwich but I handed her what I had received. She not too nicely made me another one and slammed it on the counter.
I guess apologies are not included in their service.

offensive commercials
I do not appreciate the "smart alec" commercials being aired by Burger King. We should be trying to teach children to be respectful of others. It is entirely unacceptable to show adults using objectional language and actions. "Arrogant punk" is by not means acceptable nor is it acceptable for a the "Burger King" to be kicked on the shin by the child posing as his child.
