Bad customer service
I ordered from the drive thur window, the seven piece chicken frys and cheesy totts, which also were suppose to have nine pieces. upon receiving my order i looked inside my bag and noticed that a small bag contained my cheesy totts, unlike the usual box. I asked the cashier were they down-sizing as to the reason why such a small amount. The cashier assured me that my order contained nine pieces of cheesy totts, and i eventually discover that i only had five. I called to complain, the young man who answered was professional and reported the incident to the manager, who refused to come to the phone. I could here someone in the background calling me a liar and that they counted the pieces. I have no reason to lie about my order, I believe that if my order comes with nine, that i should get nine. no more, no less. Also that location has the worst customer service, and they argue among themselves regularly.

Wrong order
June 25, 2008, 07:14 p.m. order #549, taken by randi. On todays date, I went to the drive-thru and ordered a #2 with cheese, add mustard, hold the mayo and ketchup. The order was repeated by the drive-thru employee, and order was picked up at the window. I then drove 5 miles back home to enjoy my supper. When I opened the burger it was drowned with mayo and ketchup. I checked the receipt and the order was correctly entered. I called the store next, the conversation is as follows: phone rings, bk employee answers, yea. May I speak to the manager please. bk employee, yea. silence, are you the manager? Bk employee, yea. May I have your name? Bk employee, no. problem was explained to unknown bk employee, I was then asked for my name, I said if I can't have your name, then you can't have mine. Unknown bk employee then stated, fine, don't ever come back. At this point I hung up. Several minutes later the unknown bk. employee called me back to inform me that she had gotten my name and phone number from *69 and had filed harassment charges with the local police. all I wanted was a hamburger. I do not believe that this the standard procedure for customer complaints.

Waited too long for my order
Today I went into a Burger King for lunch, ordered a #9 meal and went to the end of the counter to wait for it. My order was #34. The customers after me were getting there food so i started thinking mine might be cooking, not a big deal. After about 5 minutes or so, I moved a little closer to the counter to see if my food might be up, it wasn't. Then I saw a chicken sandwich on the heat shoot but it was handed out to someone else. The cashier came over and told the girl handing out the orders that I'd been waiting for awhile and the girl didn't seem to care. I told her I just wanted my money back. The cashier gave me my money back and I left.
I have now spent about half an hour trying to find a way to email Burger King directly but there doesn't seem to be one. I might have considered going back to Burger King in the future but after the frustration of trying to get through to Burger King, I have decided I will NEVER visit a Burger King again. In there orientation videos, they talk about how word of mouth is a powerful tool. Believe me when I say I will be telling people about the poor service at Burger King.
I do not want free coupons or the like. I just want some kind of confirmation that someone at Burger King has received this complaint.

Terrible customer service
Was in the mood for BK when I got off my part-time job. Drove up to the restaurant @10:50PM on Saturday 6/21/08 and saw 7 of their associates and what appeared to be the manager, outside - smoking, etc. The sign very clearly states that the drive thru is open till 2AM, so I figured that I would give it a shot, but I got no service. It appears that everyone was outside - no one was working just goofing around. I drove past the group to go back onto Route 40 - and heard a few interesting comment and saw a few gestures.

Rude cashier
Cashier was rude to my child who wanted honey mustard sauce. She said that since my child did not order chicken tenders; she would be charged $.22 per sauce. My child order a chicken tender sandwich meal. I ask since when did Burger King charge for sauce, she stated since yesterday. I have been going to Burger Kings for many years. For years BK was the only place my child would eat. Because this cashier was so rude to my child and myself, we will not be back. She wanted to argue and shout across the store even after we sat back down. The restaurant was dirty. BK let a $.22 sauce cost them four customers. We spent $23.00 in there tonight, this will be the last dollar BK will see from me.

Terrible food and service
I visited the burger king #12906 on 6/19/08. I entered the store where there was only two other customers besides myself at the counter. I waited and waited for someone to ask me if they could take my order, but know one approached me. I finally asked if I could place an order from the young girl beside the counter and she replied if I wanted to order something. (Why else would I be standing there)? I finally had my order placed, waited on my food and sat down to a dirty table. The sandwich tasted old and the fries were cold and soaked in grease. I asked the manager for fresher fries and a new sandwich and she just walked off and never came back to the counter. I'll never step back into that store again. I think since the new Wendy's opened up down the street, I'll take my business to them.

Terrible commercial
I am not someone that ever complains about anything but in this instance I think everyone should. It is not something I would expect from a family restaurant in your new commercial with the teachers having one of your new burgers and a women teacher asks them way they got them and one says he just wants one and then she slaps his face and then hits him again. This is not something I want my nieces and my nephew to see and I am sure if others don't think violence needs to be in your adds. I am hoping someone will read this and maybe get smart and take this add off the air. It is bad enough that the programs on now days are allowing the violence and the language they are we don't need commercials doing the something.

Horrible commercial
Your latest commercial depicting teachers eating steak burgers and thinking they are special is disgusting! The woman slapping a man for being hungry promotes violence. Teachers do not slap other teachers, and the very act is assault and battery. What is wrong with you? Do we not have enough hitting, punching, kicking and even shooting in this country? Find a different way to promote your product!

Bad commercial
I want the Burger King Commercial I saw last night to be remove because of the physical violence it promotes. A woman standing over a man hits him several times. The commercial was offensive and sends a message that physical violence is "ok" in society. We have a big enough problem battling the ignorance of physical violence but to mainstream this is appalling. I think you need a lot more creativity in your commercials and to make more thoughtful decisions in how you will be received by the public because believe me I'm sure I'm not the only one that plans on avoiding spending my time or money at Burger King because of the poor decisions they have made with commercials. I hope this changes soon.

violent commercial
This commercial is too violent for children to watch.
I was very offended that they would show such violence in a food commercial. It's just a hamburger- but he gets slapped twice by a woman-- maybe Anger management should be shown to this ad company!!!
