poor service and cleanliness
I had came into burger king today there was six cars in drive thru and so I decided to go inside. There was a new girl working on orders and she was doing ok for being new but no one would help her and people just kept coming in and getting upset for the wait. then the other employees had no hats there shirts were untucked and there was one boy that had his pants hanging down by his knees which i can see why his shirt wasn't tucked in. there it seem like the girl in charge but she had the worst additude ever she was calling the employees names and standing around giving the customers dirty looks. the food took at least ten minutes to get out to me but there had been a order ahead of me that waited atleast 20 minutes for his food and he was there before i had came in and the fries were way over cooked they when hard. The lobby had pop all over the floor there was garbage everwhere, ketchup on the booths and no clean tables. i just wnated to get out of there as soon as possible because it was a mess and out of control.

Rude / Slow
The drive through took 20 min to recieve a $3.00 normal order. The staff was talking really loud and joking around. While waiting at the window a cashier held a broom stick out the window to cut off the timer. The timer aparently showed how long a car sat at the window. She cut it off and did not even greet me at the window. I was very dissapointed at the servise I recieved and will not return. I live near by and with my fast lifestyle I always eat out. I have never thought about filing a complaint until I went to this Burger King on 06/13/08 . The service there has never been great but this was the worst of all.

nasty,rude, cold food,
When order was taken, the person never did ask what you would like she only looked at me, never smiled, or even acknowledged me being there, I just told her what I wanted and gave her a ten she inturn gave me change, nothing said .
I then got my drink, the soda machine area was simply nasty, and no napkins!I then got my order and started to find a clean place to eat, Every table in the dining area was dirty, they all had crumbs or trash from other diners, and there was only 3 people other than me in there.So, I went back to the counter and asked for napkins, and again not a word or smile, nothing she handed me a couple of napkins and I returned to my table and wiped it off
I then sat down, the food was cold, and the fries were so hard you could hardly chew them.
I have never conplained about any restaurant before but, this one is horrible. burger king was my favorite, but now I don't think I will ever go to another one!

Nobody pays attention
Why is it that when you go to Burger King...the place that claims to let you "Have it your way"...
you can never get it YOUR WAY. Everytime I order a Spicey Chicken Crisp, I want EXTRA Mayo on it.
The last 3 times I have done this I always get it with NO mayo. Can't they at least have a person taking orders that understands english? Wendy's is just as bad...NOBODY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Rude Counter Worker
I'm an 80 year old man, I came into Burger King this afternoon
with my 78 year old wife. We are in the middle of a heatwave.
Neither of us are in the best of health. I told the counter worker
I would like 2 large soft drinks. She told me this was not allowed.
Drinks could only be purchased with food. I never heard of anything so foolish. McDonald's allows patrons to buy JUST a beverage if that's what you desire. How can your company make a policy that turns away elderly people who are thirsty during a heatwave. Even young people can have heat stroke without having enough fluid in high temps. My wife or I could have died. So we went to MickeyD's!
And we got drinks, and we will never see the King again.
What a disgrace...Shame on BURGER KING!!!

Employees and customer service
Of all the burger kings i have visited, this one by for is the worse one for the kind of employees they hire. They look like that bunch, the movie, (one flew over the cookoo's nest) they stand outside the door, smoking, spiting, grabbing between their legs. Dirty looking, nasty. They just look like a bunch of rejects. I sat in my car while my wife went in, & watched. Some times they would be 3 or 4 out side at the same time. As i told my wife, this was our last visit to this place. This included both black & white kids. The burger is in johnson city, tn. store #3621 (south roan st. phone (423-929-3222).

Rude manager
Today I was in the drive thru and my order was messed up so I drive around go inside and tell the manager that I ordered my sandwich w/o mayo so he then looks at me and yells telling me that I didn't them b/c what i ordered was on the paper. I now for a fact that I said no mayo since i am allergic to it. Now is it my fault that they made a mistake. So i WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN B/C FOR A MANAGER TO BE SO RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE. I WORK FOR A MAJOR HOSPITAL HERE IN FLORENCE AND THEY WILL KNOW ABOUT IT AS WELL AS MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Poor Service
My family and I visited Burger King on a Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. It took 10 minutes to have our order taken, another 15 minutes to receive the food. The food was cold, the receipt did not match any of the prices listed on the sign above the registers, they were out of forks, cup lids, and only had two biscuits left. They only had three people working (one on register, one at the drive thru, and one preparing food). They spent more time socializing with a coworker who was not working and just hanging out. When I asked about the price discrepancies, the girl said she "dunno."

Poor service
The service at Burger King was terrible. I waited 30 minutes for a steak burger without onions. I was asked several times did I want onions. Not any of the employees wore gloves. The drink stations was a mess, kids where playing in the drink drain. There wasn't any ketchup, they were out of napkins. All had attitudes. At about 1:45pm the Supervisor locks the doors. She kept saying that she was ready to go home. Their uniforms were not very clean.
Please close this Burger King!
