I am really geting tried of my orders mess up . I tried of wasting my money on crap. You use too be good now you don't give a dam. I dont know what has happen but the someone needs too do something If I can't get my food right I will go elsewhere. I also except to hear from you too

The 24 hour drive through. Management very rude, we arrived at drive through received no service, so honk horn. The Manager then started yelling she would not serve us because we honk horn for service.

After ordering our food, the cashier went behind the counter to prepare our order. We could plainly see her put together the Whopper Jr. with her bare hands. She then came back around to the front of the counter to bag the order. She coughed onto the back of her bare hand and proceeded to place our food into the bag. I don't know how often she coughed on that hand BEFORE we ordered. Most of our order was pre-packaged so we were only slightly uncomfortable. I refused to accept the Whopper Jr. and only took what was pre-packaged. However, I wonder who touched or coughed on my salad! The store itself was filthy. We were on our way from Myrtle Beach, NC to Buffalo, NY and stopped at many places to eat during our trip. No where else did we see evidence of such filth. The bathroom was absolutly disgusting. I Googled Burger King to complain to the company, however, I could not find a way to do so. I hope that someone from the Burger King corporation visits this website. Better yet, they should visit the store in Summersville, WVA!

A week ago I had dinner at this Burger King location( a big fish, 8piece chicken tenders, fries, and large diet coke), within 2 hours I was violently ill. Stomach cramps, headache, abdominal pain, fever, chills. I was overnight in a hotel, and it was the only thing I had eaten that day. I contacted the Allen County Ohio Board Of Health, and Corporate Burger King. The board of health has followed up with me, still waiting for corporate BK, still ill a week later with stomach. I know that this is from the BK food. As for the "health professionals" on this and other sites claiming that food poisoning does not set in for at least 24 hours, I will be glad to buy you dinner at Burger King.
I used to love Burger King, but get nauseous just driving by their signs now

I never go to Burger King but my family loves it, so tonight my brother and I decided to go on a burger run. I decided tonight to go to Burger King in Pasadena next to Pasadena City College since my brother likes it. While going into the drive through, my brother warned me that the last three times he was at this store they ripped him and my parents off for food. I found that difficult to believe so we went through anyways. When we received the order, he began going through the bag as I drove out of the drive through so I pulled over to the curb on the street. Turns out that they had ripped me off my Apple Pie. I was shocked... I looked at the receipt figuring maybe the guy taking the order just didn't hear me when I ordered the pie but it was on it.

I grabbed the bag and receipt and walked up to the drive through window where the guy was sitting with his back to the window right after a car had pulled out. He didn't see me so I knocked on the window and told me he didn't give me the apple pie. He didn't check the bag or receipt but just said "He needs the apple pie". Then he walked away and a few minutes later another worker at the counter who was in uniform slid a pie to me across the counter from where he was up to the drive through window. I never saw the guy at the drive through window again who was not in uniform but wearing a white t-shirt. No apology? No excuse? Just a pie slid across the counter.

I walked back to the car and we drove home - my brother suggested going onto the Burger King website to complain. But unlike the burger places I usual go to, Mc Donalds, Jack N the Box, Tops, Tommy's, others - Burger King doesn't have a comments or complaints area - they want me to waste more of my time to call them while I am at work - Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. I am so glad I don't eat at Burger King. They have proved to me that since the time I decided to avoid them due to lousy service, poor food quality, ripping off food - back in the 1980's that they haven't grown-up and still don't give a crude for their customers.

Other complaints about this experience:

* Ordered their new SteakHouse burger and it was lousy.

* For whatever reason - every burger I've ordered from the Pasadena, California Burger King - they always smash my burger - what the crap is up with that? There is just something about a smashed burger that makes it seem old or like it might be out of a dumpster or something.

* According to my brother who likes their whoppers - this was the fourth of the last five orders with-in the past several months that they ripped us off.

* Of all the local burger options vendors in our area, this is the only place where the employees seem kick-back and don't appear to care about their jobs. I think that is really strange, because at all the local burger joints the employees seem to like their job, have some pride in what they do and seem somewhat professional (as far as burger places go). But at least at the Burger King in Pasadena, they remind me of Hyde from That 70's show and could give a rats ass.
