Horrible Customer Service
My husband and I stopped at a local Burger King last evening at around 7:20pm. We pull up, no one in the parking lot on the front side of the building and only one car in the drive thru, so it looks dead….we order…two burgers and a medium fry. Nothing extremely difficult. We pull up to the window…wait and wait and wait…then she takes our money. While we're waiting we notice several cars parked over to the right side, we think they are customers inside or employees cars…well then we see an employee take a bag out to a car. Then the car in front of us at the window where you get food pulls up and sits and waits without getting food..then the girl who took the money comes back and says"can you pull in a parking spot, we have to cook your food". I'm a little ill, but we've paid already. So we go to a parking spot. And we sit there and wait forever. There are people who just leave after a while, I mean they've paid and havent gotten their food and just leave! Then the girl finally comes out and she has the totally wrong order!!...i cant be mad at her, she's just a runner and she appologized for having the wrong order and for it taking so long, but the people inside…they need some training!! I work in the customer service industry and if I did that poorly at service at my job, I wouldn’t have it! But we finally did get our food. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this BK, but after this I won't be giving it another shot and returning. My husband had a horrible customer service experience at a BK in Gaffney, SC. That store tried to take his money twice. He paid, got his drinks, pulled up to wait and when they brought his food they asked for him to pay, again! He tried to explain that he paid when they gave him his drinks but they didnt want to hear it. He went inside to speak to a manager and she was quite rude and basicly didnt want to admit they were wrong, so he proceeded to cause a scene. Needless to say he doesnt go back there anymore either. I do find it interesting how there is no customer service line where you can call and directly complain about your experience to the company. Also, on the reciept i recieved i notice how they 'accidentaly' put the incorrect area code for the phone number. I wish I could work somewhere where I had no responsibility for customer service or had to be accountable for my actions. If thats the case, then why don't we all work for Burger King?

Baby poop served with food.
While sitting trying to eat my lunch, I saw an off-duty employee hand her baby over the counter to a fellow employee who was working the cash register. The girls on the server side of the counter passed the baby to one another, each one sniffing the baby's posterior, and making horrified faces at the intense ordor coming from the baby's diaper. It is hard to eat while seeing people smell baby poop. Also, I am pretty certain that it is not legal to have a baby on the side of the counter where food is being served. It is also very unsanitary to have a baby that has soiled itself in a food serving area. The women holding the baby were not wearing gloves, but did touch food after touching the soiled diaper. This Burger King has consistenly slow service, and the employees frequently behave without thinking, this case in point.

Broken tooth!
I stopped at the Burger King on Veterans Parkway on my way home from Bloomington. I live in Lincoln 30 miles away. I purchased a sausage/egg biscuit and when I took the first bite I knew my tooth had broke off. I pulled over and found that there was a bone in the sausage and it broke off 1/2 of my upper right molar. We do not have dental insurance and I am extremely upset.

Terrible service!
Business was not busy, had 2 cars only. It took 30 min for them to service the people in front of ours for no apparent reason. We were ready to drive off and go somewhere else. The car in front of us almost did, thats when they decided to come to the window. It would of been different if they were busy. I wouldn't of minded the wait.but there were no customers.

Terrible customer service!
It is utterly disgusting -the burger king here in old san juan puerto rico. I am an american who recently moved to the island upon retirement with my husband and son. this morning while passing in front of burger king, this dirty (not homeless--as no one is truly homeless here--begger woman- for drugs--) was walking into the burger king wearing only a t-shirt--no pants, NOT EVEN UNDERWEAR!carrying her very dirty quilt in with her. This isn't the first time I saw such dirty people enter there. They use restrooms-here there is a high % of people with drug related aids-it is so dirty in there--we won't go--thousands of tourists from all over the world come to this port on cruises each week--and my grandchildren come to visit--and of course burger king is familiar and all want to go--i would never submit any of my family or friends to this horrific experience. It is disgusting for a company as large as yours to let this go on. You must have some control.Letting the franchise owner know is one thing--HE ALREADY KNOWS! WHAT A DISGRACE!

Incorrect prices!
I ordered a whopper value meal from this Burger King going through the drive through. The price on the sign said $4.49. However, when the cashier put the price on the screen it was now $4.59. When I pulled up to the window I asked about the price and she said "oh, everyone complains about that" and handed me my bag of food. As I looked in the bag, I noticed she didn't give me a receipt or any napkins and the fries were dumped underneath the sandwich.

SERVICE
WE WENT IN TO THIS BURGER KING ON SUNDAY APRIL 6, 2008 AND WHEN WE WALKED IN THE MANAGER AND ONE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE KISSING EACH OTHER AND THEY WERE RUBBING EACH OTHERS BACK AND THEY DIDN'T ACT LIKE IT MATTER THAT WE WERE STANDING THERE AND I HAD MY SON WITH ME. SO I WAS VERY UPSET AND WE LEFT.

Terrible food!
I just purchased a texas burger from your restaurant in moab utah it probably would have been ok but all i could taste was mustard i was really disappointed i will not buy another one. I am usually happy with most every thing i get there besides the employees which i understand being in the restaurant business my self in moab you don't have a lot of people to choose from. I just had to say something this time.

French Toast Sticks
On April 4, 2008 @ 0854 hrs I went to the Burger King on James and Hollywood in Memphis, Tennesee. I went through the drivethru window and purchased an order of french toast sticks. Well, they were hard as through they were forgotten about in the microwave, but get this, the Manager gave them to me. It is totally unacceptable I realize sometimes in our rush to serve the service will go lacking. I did not return the food because I was in a hurry for work. Please let them know that people work hard for their money and want the best for it. Thank You

Filthy dirty place to get food
The food is bad and the service is slow everyone that works there is dirty looking... i will never never eat there... and never will i recommend...
