manager
my sons and I went to eat lunch at burger king about 3 miles from our house. we eat there alot. on several occasions, when we would use cupons the manager would complain about it to other employees. and always complained about my son needing 4 or 5 packs of ranch dressing. he would tell us it would be forty cents which is fine but he would make remarks to other employees about it. i never said any thing other than thats fine i don`t mind paying for them. never have to pay for them at other burger kings. but today when we ordered our food i went ahead and ordered 4 packs of ranch dressing. he did not charge me for them. but when i handed him my money he kindda got mad because i paid with a 100 dollar bill and he had to go get change from drive thru. i never thought much about it so we got our food and went and sat down. i always pour my fries on my burger wraper and use the box to put my ketsup in because i like to dip my sandwich in it . while i was trying to get the ketsup to come out of the pump i heard the manager say pretty loud DAMN. i turn around and he was looking at me real mean. he stared at me while talking to another employee about me and pointing at me. when i got to my seat at the back of the store he was still looking at me. so i put down the ketsup and walked up front and asked him what the problem was and he said nothing so i asked why he cussed. he said i got to much ketsup and that i needed to use the little cups. but when i tried to explain why i didn`t use them he just kept on running his mouth, so i told him i would not come back to eat there again he said good he would save alot on ketsup. i do eat alot of ketsup but it is always around 10 to 12 packs. the fry box was not full. if you turn it angled up on its back it is filled to the holes in the sides. i really hate to not go back there to eat but as long as he is there me my family or friends will not go back we are tired of him being so hatful to us all the other people have always been nice he used to be until about a year or so ago. i plan on letting every one i know about his attitude. thank you for your time, charles kennedy

poor service,mistakes,wrong order,burnt food
I Have been to the restaurant 2 days in a row. Both times the employees were rude and would rather play with each other than take care of their customers. Today I went through the drive-thru and they forgot to give me my drinks. I went back and they treated me like I was bothering them. when I got home I found my food order was screwed up as well. I ordered king size fries and recieved 2 small orders. They burnt the sandwiches and made them wrong. These people need to get their acts together, and realize they are at work and not the playground. I have had it!!! I will never give business to Burger CRAP again!!!

bad sevice
I understand that the world we live in people just don't care about anything. When I was young I worked at numorous fast food restaurants and took pride in everything that I did. My managers taught me to be kind and to be thankful for the customers because it was the customers that were paying for my paycheck. I live right down the street from a Burger King and I eat there at least 5 times a month. Four out of the five times I get food from there they always mess up my order. On March 27, 2008 I went to store # 3923 for the last time.I ordered a whopper combo meal and asked for onion rings instead of fries, simple order. I then paid for my food and told the lady at the drive thru window thank you and have a good night. She simple responded with the word "yup".When I got home I had fries instead of onion rings and my whopper was the worst whopper I had ever had in my life. How can one place fudge up your order 90% of the time over a years period of time, not to mention the rudeness and all the times I ordered a shake and they gave me the infamous response of " Oh, I'm sorry but our shake machine is down".Me being unemployed and taking my last dollar to get crappy service was a mistake. Crappy food & service=crappy employees=crappy management=lost business.
Don't offer me free crap because no one wants to eat crap!!!
I'm done with BK, I'll just cook my own dinners...

Terrible food!
My name is Chandra, and my boyfriend Tony, myself and our friend Brandon came two days ago for a free hot meal at St. Andrews Church, as none of us had what to eat at all that day, and due to Lent it was canceled, so being that we had to eat, we went to this place... lucky us. I am ashamed to admit it, but we got our order to go and ate it in the restaurant, as we were low on money. Our order consisted of four Whopper Jr sandwiches, two ice waters (my boyfriend and I do not drink soda) and an order of Mozzarella Sticks, and our friend got a Chicken Fries value meal. Not only did the cashier (Patricia) make us feel like compleat slime by telling another counterperson 'Make sure they get the clear cups', they also served us cold food with rotten-tasting mayonnaise, the mozzarella sticks tasted like breaded pencil erasers and they didn't even get my sauce right, Brandon's fries looked like dead worms that had been rolled in dirt, I tasted one of Brandon's Chicken Fries... blargggh.
Why, Father Thor, why?? And the service was the worst I've ever seen, the crew stared at us like we were aliens and one terribly rude African-American cashier came up to Brandon (who is supersized and has schizophrenia and is a regular customer.) and informed him very rudely that he had not paid tax on his soda, and almost had him in tears. So we opened our food, and tasted it. What kind of morons make this slop!?!? It was the worst thing I have ever eaten, and that is saying a lot if you've ever eaten my mother's cooking... I also believe that our poor treatment had to do with racism (the whole crew but Patricia were black) and stereotyping of my heavy metal lifestyle (I was wearing an Iron Maiden t-shirt and I have two pierced eyebrows) and my preference for slightly chubby guys with facial hair and my friend's weight (He is 6 foot tall and 330 lbs).
The long and short of it that this place is to be avoided at all costs, it's a ghetto dump and you're better off at the McDonalds down the road. Not worth the money. This place needs to shape up or ship out. Pure rubbish!!!

Terrible service!
I took My Grandson out to Lunch 03/20/08. The young lady that took our order seemed to be having trouble with cash register, looking at it closely and leaning way over to push the buttons. I did not look closely at my receipt. I handed to my Grandson. We got our food, order was all wrong. I had ordered a Big Kids double cheese burger meal, a med soda and small onion rings. We got a double cheese burger, the onion rings and the drink. I told her, that is not what I ordered. I ordered a kids meal double cheese burger, etc. She turns to the harried manager who was running around. "She changed her mind. She wants the kids meal". I said, no that is what I ordered in the first place. Manager says, ok I can just give you the toy. I said no, I want what I ordered, please. He then takes my cup and onion rings and hands me the kids meal, and 85 cents.
I checked the kids meal and said, ok, now you took my food. He said, I can fix it. By this time, there is a line of angry, toe tappersbehind me. I said, no that is ok, never mind. He also took my receipt! #162- I wish I had the 800 # as BK's website does not take e mails. Looking at this site, now I can see why!
PS talked to a mother in the play area who told me that they messed up her order, and tried to act like it was her fault. From now on, I am going to ask politely to have my order read back to me before I hand over the cash. I don't think it is a language barrier, she lied pretty fluently.

Terrible service!
I drove up to the drive thru with my cousin and her 3 kids, first off how many people do you know get to a drive thru and immediately know exactly what they want especially with kids. Anyway, Latasha, who was working the drive thru on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at about 2p.m., can on the speaker and ask if she could take my order. I ask for a few minutes and she said she was on a timer. I have worked in a fast food environment before and usually the timing process does not begin until after the order is taken. In return to her response, I said there is no rush because there was no on behind us and again she responded that she was on a timing process. With that said, I asked my cousin if she still wanted to eat there because we felt harassed to order something in a hurry and with the kids we still were undecided. Latasha over heard me saying this and on the speaker said "BYE." So we left. I then got home and call the store to speak to the manager on duty whose name was Rosalyn. I told her the situation and she said she would take care of it. I then asked for the general manager's name (Sara) and informed her (the manager on duty) that I would be calling her (the general manager) also. I love burger king and I have never experienced anything like this before. How does an employee that gets paid off of what i purchase just tell me "BYE" as in just go somewhere else.

Tape in my food!
On my 30 minute lunch break I went to Burger King and ordered whopper w/ cheese, fries and sprite combo meal. I returned back to enjoy my lunch and on my third bite into my Whopper I found a piece of tape about an inch long folded in half. I immediately went back to Burger King to show them what I found in my food. The manager Betty Joe Flemmings who also goes by BJ did not seem to be concerned. In fact, very nonchalant. I asked her "why would there be tape in food"? and her response was "I don't know". She never apologized or anything, she only returned my money. I was not satisfied with how she handled the situation so I explained to her I will call her back. When I called her back again she was not empathetic and again gave me a I don't care attitude. I explained to her that she seriously lacked Customer Service Skills and she became argumentative. I asked for her boss and she said she did not have one. She said she was the boss, and owns her workers. I found that very hard to believe especially on how ignorant she sounded while speaking to me. The fourth time I asked for her boss she finally gave me the name and said "fine the Owner's name is Frank Kilian" I have never been treated so rudely before. I could have swallowed the tape and who knows what type of bacteria is on that piece of tape. I also ended up being 10minutes late from my lunch break. I will not eat there again and believe me I am spreading the word in my office where there are 250 employees. This situation was UNBELIEVABLE!

Terrible company!
I took my family of 5 to Burger King and as we walked to the counter we could see that yet again there was a sign up saying that they weren't taking credit cards as payment, this happens quite a lot there! So luckily we had money with us!
I ordered my children and Finances meals then ordered my own which was a veggie burger meal, and the girl took our money. Someone shouted from the back of the shop and the girl went to see what it was, she came back and told me that they had no veggie burgers left. I asked her what else i could get as i was vegetarian, she said i could have a spicy bean burger, which i promptly replied that they were cooked in where the chicken was cooked so i didn't class that as being vegetarian as i haven't eaten chicken in 20 yrs! This might i add came from someone who used to work in there, not that any of the notice boards or the staff would tell you!! So i asked what else i could have and she just stood and shrugged her shoulders! I wasn't happy so i asked for my money back and said i would go to Mcdonalds instead! I asked for a milkshake and as usual they weren't working either!
When we want to sit down the tables were dirty and un washed as the cleaner who works there had finished at 7pm! I just wanted to go home but before i could go i had to sit and wait until my family ate their dinner without me! We go to burger king so the kids could use the softplay, but this is not the first time we've gone and they'd closed the softplay! When i asked the girl if it was going to re open, she said it had closed early and would not be re opening tonight! This was at 8pm on a sat night we were in, and while we were there 4 other family's came in with children and were also left disappointed their kids could not get to play! Even the kiddie ride was unplugged so they couldn't play on that!
I am very disappointed with the service at Queens Drive even if you go to the drive in, you normally have to go back in as 9 times out or 10 they get the order wrong! If they don't start smarting them selfs up then i wont be back and they will loose my customer as i take my family of 5 there nearly every weekend so i spend a lot at this place! I am so not happy!
