service
I have lived in the area all of my life and have never had such terrible service at a fast food drive through. I waited 15 mintes in line, my entire order was messed up. I did not recieve three different items, and the food that was recieved was cold and soggy. It was a huge inconvienience with two hungry children in the backseat. Burger king has always been a favorite but if the service and food is going to continue like that I am not sure if I want to return.

bad service
On Feb. 18 2008 at 11:56 am we went to burger king drive thru to get lunch. when we got home I realized that the kids meal I recieved with a milk, the milk container had been opened and was more than half gone. when I called and talked to the manager he admited that this has happened before, I could'nt believe it, I said to him that you'd think that they would be more alert. he had nothing to say after that. I think there must be a problem there and the management is not doing there job. Thank god I got to the milk first before my 3 year old granddaughter. Who knows what could have happened if she would have drank it.

Bad service!
Drive thru service in Warminster PA burger king on February 16 of 2008 in the afternoon period was very anguishing, after telling the drive thru attendant to "hold on", while taking my order, at this point she was asking me what drink I would like, she then started being very rude, intimidating and loud to me the customer after I didn’t respond right on her request. Upon reaching the casher I told him the situation. He then asked me if I would like to speak with a manager. The manager then deny that her employee was capable of such acts & that my complaint was not valid, also didn’t really take me serious, now on receiving my order the drive thru attendant laugh with a cynical smirk telling me "have a nice day ", at this point I was convinced that a circus Warminster burger king ran, with poor training of there teenage staff. Now to top it off my order was incorrect. I didn’t bother going back to be frustrated with there incompetence. I am not angry in any way, though I felt I was treated with ignorance.

Terrible restrooms!
My husband and I stopped @ the Burger King on our way home from the Detroit area. I always stop at fast food restaurants to use the restroom because I find them cleaner than gas stations. This one, whomever, was awful! AND had NO toilet paper!!! When I was washing my hands I noticed a paper on the mirror claiming that they check/clean the restrooms every so often and if something was not alright to let the mgmt know. So, I told the girl behind the counter that there was NO paper in there at all. Her response to me was "Oh Yeah! I need to do that" Ya think? The manager or assistant was behind her and asked me if both stalls were empty. To be honest, I only cared about the one where I sat rummaging through my purse for a remnant of tissue. This would have been a wonderful opportunity for her (the mgr) to possibly apologize for my inconvenience! No such luck. My husband was in line ordering a shake and as I waited for him about 5 minutes total, NO ONE WALKED IN THE RESTROOM TO FILL THE TISSUE!!!

Terrible service!
I stop twice daily at this burger king on the way to and from school for my child and every time we order the 12 piece chicken fingers we end up getting to our destination with 9 rather then to turn around and complain and be late. I can understand once or twice a slip up but EVERY SINGLE TIME... twelve doesn't sound like nine and my receipt always shows iv been charged for 12 but still only nine. Today was different, today we received 7... i called only to be told to come in, so i did only to be accused of finding the receipt and begging for food!!! I have been insulted before because of having tattoos but never at that level. How humiliated i was standing there in front of strangers gocking at me. I am so glad my child was not there... I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER TAKEN MY CHILDREN TO McDonalds, but I can say this tuesday before school that will be our new stop...

The drive-thru guy stole my change
I visited the store at the drive-thru. I had a balance on my gift card of $2.13. The employee at the window initially told me I had no balance and the card was empty. I told him I had just called the 1-800 number on the card and know I had a balance. He still insisted the card did not work. So I said if she wasn't going to use it then give it back to me. He said it was empty and I didn't need it. When I began to make a fuss he walked over to a female manager and spoke to her. Then he swiped the card in a machine. Magically I was then told the gift card worked. Initially the drive thru employee told me my total was 13.98, after processing the gift card-- my new balance was--13.98. When I explained that was not possible-I said the balance would be reduced by the gift card. He then told me my new balance was 12.00. I said this wasn't right either. If I first owed 13.98 and I used a gift card containing 2.13 my new total would be 11 something. As I was disputing this the female manager came over and manually subtracted and came up with the total of 11.86 (it is actually 11.85 by the way). I handed the drive thru guy cash in the amount of 20.36-- he calculated my change at 8.16. At this point I am super angry and I explain this is NOT the correct amount of change. It is very clear to me they WERE NOT using their cash registers (and pocketing the cash) and I demanded my correct change. At this point I am being loud, the female manager came over and said-- you need to go and shut the drive thru window on me. I am beyond mad now and start yelling louding, "excuse the f#$% out if me for asking for my correct change back". Yelling got me no where. Now I wonder what they could have done to my food. I end up tossing it for fear one of them spit in it at the McD's instead next door.
So this happened on a Tues night-- I don't have time at work to call the next day and speak to the day manager (who is normally higher up) and call Thursday to speak to a manager. He is not shocked about this and actually discloses the female manager does not work there as of the day after my visit (I guess they figured out she was stealing). He asks what he can do for me. I tell him I don't want to play this game, just tell me what he is going to do. He tells me next time I come in, he will refund my money AND replace the food. He takes my full name and phone number.
So Sat 2/2/2008 about 8pm I send my husband over. He give my name and explains what he is there for. No one knows anything about this and can't help him. He is told no one wrote anything in the book. He explains what happened on Tues and they guy in charge today (Rodolpho) doesn't seem to want to help or make good on the store manager's offer now. My husband is there for about half hour trying to get them to call the Thursday morning manager to no good. He leaves empty handed.
So this morning Sun 2/3 about 8am I call and ask to speak to the store manager- I get Monica today and explain what happened last night, Thursday morning, and Tuesday night. She said she knows nothing about this and is busy and tells me to call back later.
I am beyond angry now. What is wrong here? Money has been taken from me and NO ONE at this Burger King seems to care. I realize it is NOT alot of money-- but I am sure it would be against the law if I went around and took 50 cents from every person I saw. This is beyond ridiculous but I don't want to drop the issues because it makes what they did ok.

Sh*tty service and a horrible manager!
I am on my lunch break... which I only have 30 minutes and I want Burger King. So the Burger King on Hwy 9 and 20 in Cumming GA just opened back up. I get there and wait and wait and wait and wait... No JOKE 20 mins just to order and I am 2 cars back from ordering. Not only that the woman in front of me had to give her order 3 times and ask for the lady to repeat her order back to her to make sure she got what she was ordering... I could hear the lady ordering asking for a CHOCOLATE shake and the lady response CHOCOLATE, vanilla, or strawberry??? Anyways... I order and wait and wait and wait... 15 more mins go by and I finally get to the window... first off the lady didn't know what Id ordered. I tell her and give her my money and she hands me my food after diligently looking through all the bags... YES sticking her hands in everyone of them! And I ask her if her manager has a business card... she looks over at her manager and asks her and says NO!... First off... if you are a manager... shouldn't you ask why?? Then I ask for a complaint card and the manager tells me to call th 1-800 number on the bag... no questions as to why... and no apology for the wait... SH*TTY SERVICE! Never will I ever eat at that Burger King and everyone I know WILL know of the service I received!

Contamination!
On February 9 2008 at about 9:45pm I went through the drive through at the Burger King on Rt286 in Pittsburgh PA 15239. When the food was received I opened the bag to see two wet orange rags that were later found out to be the rags the company uses to clean the surfaces of the establishments. When I went in to confront the employees working about the situation they seemed to find the situation humorous and said it was a joke they play on people they know. The employees involved were Collin Bishop (the one who placed the rags in the bag) and the manager working went by the name of Donna. Both employees gave me a hard time about the contamination of my food but reluctantly gave me a refund after all was said and done. I find this to be very unprofessional and wish those employees the worst of luck in their future with employment and success in life in general.

Terrible experience!
My complaint is, i used to work for the burger king corporation, and was fired for missing one lousy 4-8 shift and i got fired for it... Wow thats really hypocritical considering that Jon Sousa gets to stay working at BK while someone like me who was never used to being on the schedule, misses one lousy shift. Well , if this complaint goes through then i have done my job.
Jon Sousa needs to be careful as to he fires, because it could come back and bite him in the ass later on.
Oh one more thing here's jon sousa's link to his profile on myspace: http://www.myspace.com/stripperboi76

Improper food procedures!
One shift i remember having was a closing shift. It was after the dinner rush, around 9 pm my crew started pulling the pans out of the automatic heaters on the burger and whopper boards, i was on whopper board and there was a young man at the fryer, i turned around to ask him to make me some bread, when i noticed he had spit in a basket of fries and onion rings. I didn't say anything at first, then when it slowed down, i pulled him aside in the backroom and mentioned to him about the proper food procedures, he turned around to me and said: i really don't care about this job or the customers. So, with that said i called my boss the next day and mentioned to her what had taken place the night before, and after i told her everything he was fired and replaced with someone else.
