Disrespecting rude employee and management!
I tried placing 2 orders at drive thru, Employee adv 1 order per car. Got very rude advs her i was coming in to place the orders, complained to management on her customer service and she wanted to ger into a physical using profanity customer seeing the behavior left store, and also she made threats to me in person.

Worst service I ever dealt with!
Service at this burger King near my house is the worst I've ever dealt with. They always have a ton of people running around waiting on people but no one seems to be cooking!! Drive through is a park and wait. Inside is easily a 20 min wait.
Orders are rarely right and they never can make change!! It's a running joke at work if we go to burger King is what did you end up with or did you make money on it.
I love their product but it just isn't worth it. I think these places should be spot checked and rated more often. Well it's either Wendys or McDonalds then, their loss.

Rude employee said I didn't give $20
My friend and I went through the drive through at the Burger Kind in Portland Oregon for breakfast around. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches & two medium frozen cokes. Kyle was the name of the server. He proceeds to give me the to cokes with straws, but the liquid was spilling over, so I asked him to please wipe off the drinks as I didn't want them to spill in my car. When he handed me the drinks they started to spill again (to full). I asked him to wipe them off again. I had a $20 dollar bill in my hand which he took as he passed me the drinks. When he handed me the sandwiches he said that I didn't give him any money. I told him I gave him a $20 dollar bill & he should look for it. He swore that I didn't give him any money. I told him that I do not lie and that he should find the money. He argued with me for about five minutes then told me to back my car up to see if he drop it (which I did). I told him to check the trash or where he just threw the napkins away when he cleaned the cokes. He couldn't fine the money. My friend told him she saw him take the money also. About that time his co-worker (cook?) came over to help him look for the money. Kyle was very rude stating I didn't give him any money, about that time he & the co-w0rker found the money my a small refrigerator. Kyle told me I must of drop the money there. That is when I got mad & told him how can I drop money inside the store when I was in the drive through. I told him I was about to beat him up because you don't accuse a customer of not paying. I requested that he give me my receipt or the managers phone number. He told me "No". I could call corporate headquarters. He then shuts the drive through window and just looks at me.

Dirty, rude and disagreeable employees!
Today at 11:55 am I went to Burger King Drive through. I was told they were out of Diet Coke and had no other diet drinks. My sandwich was practically thrown in my face and when I reached my office I had no fork for my pie or a napkin. Employees are dirty, rude and disagreeable! The restaurant is on Lucas Street in Florence SC 29501

Victims of false advertisement!
On April 22,2007 my girlfriend and I went through a drive- through at a Burger King located in Chicago,Illinois on Chicago Ave and Western Ave. I ordered my food and payed for it and pulled off due to the long line of cars behind me. I then noticed that the associate didn't give me a receipt. His name was Mauricio. I immediately went in to notify the shift manager of the situation because Burger king advertise that when you aren't given a receipt you get a five dollar coupon. When I told the cashier of the matter she immediately started to laugh at me. She called Mauricio whom claimed to be the "manager". He told me that because I didn't notify him at the window he wouldn't give me the five dollar coupon. It only took me 30 seconds to walk in. He then admitted he was at fault. He then walks to the register and hands me my receipt and changes his story with a smirk on his face. I asked him for a customer service number and I got a useless survey number. i swear to never again to eat a burger king restaurant again. At my job theres a Burger king located a block down. On any given day at least 30 associates from my job eats there. Thats going to change once I write a memo to all my co-workers and tell them of my experiences. I hope it gets ran out of business. Lewd commercial
The Burger King Ballet was a fantastic idea until they came to the end, when a ballerina reaches into a mans pockets and makes obvious sexual motions while removing a dollar bill from his pocket. it was truly disgusting and completely offended me.
i don't think i COULD eat at Burger King after watching that.

Nasty food and service!
My pregnant daughter and three grandchildren went to store #13761 (Chrystal City, MO) today. She was treated extremely rudely. When she returned home with our dinner, my fish sandwich was spoiled and had slimy lettuce and you could tell it had been recooked. My grandchildren could not eat their meals either. Nasty, slimy burgers and cold fries. I want restitution and an apology from the employees and manager at that Burger King! I also want my money back as the food was not edible but garbage. I feel that this is really getting out of hand. Poor service, nasty spoiled and cold food. I have tried to Email BK, but to no avail. Perhaps someone reading this can contact them... I am unable to do so. I should sue them for a couple of million dollars... Maybe then they would shape up. This store should be shut down. Oh and by the way, I took one bite of the twice cooked/reheated slimy fish sandwich and I threw it up. Someone help please.

Even manager thinks it sucks!
My husband and I went to Burger King drive thru and placed an order. The order was a Double Whopper with cheese and onion rings and a whopper junior with cheese and onion rings. The attendant told us that no onion rings were available and we substituted fries. We proceeded to the drive thru area and pid for the meal. The attendant told us to pull over to the side to get our order. No one was inside the Burger King and no one was behind us. My husband asked why we had to move when there was no one behind us and we were told that they had just had a very large order and that our food was being cooked on the other side of the kitchen. My husband asked them to give him his money back. In truth, he was very aggravated about this. To make a long story short, we know the manager personally at the Burger King in Columbia, Ms. and even though he was not on duty at the time, we have learned since that he has elaborated on this confrontation and embellished the details as far as using very fowl language and an order that my husband would have never made. Neither one of us eat chicken. He was discussing us at a meal at the Olive Garden in Hattiesburg, Ms. with his wife and my brother and sister in law. I was told that we were being laughed at. I don't appreciate it and if the owners would ever step in there and see the hygiene of the building and what is running it they would see where I am coming from. Not only did we receive poor service we were discussed at a meal and laughed at. Dale is the the manager at the Burger King in Columbia, Ms. and to his credit he had left them for a while. He was not on duty at the time of the incident but he chose to criticize us during a meal at the Olive Garden on 12-2-06. I love Burger King and I will never go the store in Columbia, Ms. Dale, the manager, says that a bunch of Indians own it and even he thinks it sucks. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never buy another Whopper as long as I live from Burger King and I intend to pass the word.

Chicken
I have gone to a BK in Kansas City, MO twice. Both times I have been there, they have not had chicken. How are you going to offer chicken sandwiches if you don't have the chicken to put on the sandwich? This really bothers me because I would rather eat chicken than a burger for my own health. Take the freeking chicken off the menu if your not going to serve it, that turns so much business away and I don't understand how the owner or manager doesn't realize this. Get your head in the game and act professional with some responsibility. Oh yeah, I forgot, your only making $7.00 an hour.

Overcharged and treated rudely
I was charged $4.08 for a sausage biscuit and a medium soft drink at Burger King on Matlock Road in Arlington, TX. I indicated to the cashier that this was incorrect--and I pointed out that the prices on the menu validated my point, and that I had NOT ordered the full meal. He simply said he hadn't charged me for the full meal and that the price was correct. There are PLENTY of places in Arlington, TX, I can grab a quick breakfast and not be ripped off. I WON'T BE BACK. It was not a huge overcharge...but I felt that the cashier should know the prices of the products, should have known the charge was incorrect, and should not have treated me rudely. Like I said: I WON'T BE BACK, and I'm telling everyone I know that I was treated rudely and ripped off. I guess they must think that if they rip enough people off for a dollar or two, by the end of the day they'll pretty well for themselves.
