But One Get One Free
December 7th, the Burger King sign out front say's buy one original chicken sandwich get one free. So hats just what I did, ordered a #9 combo (original chicken sandwich, fries and a Coke). I payed for my order and continued driving East on route 30. When I opened my bag all I had was one sandwich and fries, so I called the restaurant and talked to Sheila who proceeded to tell me that they do not give out the free sandwich unless I had asked for it. I did not ask for it, but I expected it, as for any buy one get one free. Simply preposterous, I will not be dining at BK in this lifetime!

Stay away
I went in to a Burger King for coffee and a breakfast crescent and was left standing at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one coming to take my order so I finally left. I called their corporate offices and they apologized and sent me a coupon to use on my next visit. About a week later I went to redeem my coupon. This time I went through the drive-thru, when I started to place my order and told the lady I had a coupon she told me it was expired and I couldnt use it, which was amazing since she couldnt even see the coupon. I tried to tell her I just got it in the mail but she refused to listen to me. I immediately contacted the corporate offices again who apologized. I asked to be contacted by the manager or regional director and gave them my number and address again. After more than a week I had not heard from anyone so I called again. Time went by and I never heard from anyone so I wrote a letter to the CEO and still never received a reply. Since that time I have refused to go to Burger King and will never give them my business again.

MANAGER
MY 2 CHILDREN WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED OUR DINNER ON NOV 22, 2010. WHEN THEY GOT HOME WE ONLY HAD 4 DOUBLE CHESSEBURGERS AND 2 FRIES. IT WAS 15.45. I WENT WIYH THEM INSIDE TO SHOW THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE THE ORDER RIGHT. THE MANAGER STARTED YELLING AT US AND SAYING THAT SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND MY DAUGHTER (17 YRS OLD AND IS 7 MONTH PREGNATE) THE MANAGER EMBARRESED US AND THE REST OF THE PEOPLE IN THE RESTRAUNT. SHE DID FULL FILL THE ORDER BUT THE YELLING AND THE LOOKS WAS SO TERRIABLE.

poor service
I'm not normally one to complain. But I believe that people need to know this.
At approximately 8:15 am on November 21, 2010, I pulled into the drive-thru at Burger King, 181 South Broadway, Salem, NH (603) 898-4511. There were no cars ahead of me or behind me. In fact, I don't believe there were any patrons in the establishment at the time either since there were only one or two cars in the parking lot. I assumed that they belonged to the workers.
I placed my order which included a cup of decaf coffee. I pulled around to the window, paid, then was told by a guy working there that the coffee was brewing. He asked me to pull all the way around the building again or at least pull up so I was off his timer. I said that that's what timers are for, to see how long it takes to fill an order. I asked if there was anyone behind me. He said no. So, I told him I'd just wait at the window where I was. I didn't get his name.
Next the woman working there, Donna (at least that's what her name tag reflected), again, and more emphatically told me that I needed to pull over and park. There were still no other patrons behind me. She was getting pretty rude about it and stated it was within her right to make me move. So I told her that I'd just like my money back. She returned my money. I said that I needed her and his names to make a complaint. She refused, slammed the drive-thru window and locked it.
I went down the street to McDonald's, was treated great, and had my order very quickly.
Maybe it was just stupidity on my part for going to a Burger King that had no customers when the McDonald's down the street was, and always is, busy. However, it doesn't surprise me that this Burger King isn't busy when people are treated as I was.
To the potential patrons of this establishment, I'm merely reiterating my experience.
To the store manager/owner/whatever, I'm guessing that these two were not acting independently and have been instructed to keep the wait-time down. But inconveniencing and being rude to customers shouldn't be the way to do it. I'd recommend keeping the wait-time down by being prepared and properly trained.
To the Burger King management and leadership team above the store manager level, I'd offer that you have a problem here that needs to be addressed.

Breakfast Food gave diahrrea, stomach pain, gas and nausea
Mini Blueberry buscuits, Pancakes and hash browns were served to my brother and i for breakfast. After we ate I had experience diarrhea, stomach pain, gas and nausea. This persisted thru the day. My brother went to sleep after eating the breakfast only to wake up with pain in his stomach and diarrhea. It's a shame that this occurs with food that is served.

dirty/light fingers
This Burger King is a place I will no longer take my grandchildren to. Their bathrooms are so bad my five year old granddaughter couldn't use it. The counters for soda, napkins etc. are disgusting and I would not allow the kids to use anything on them. Last I had bought a discount card from a school and when I used it they forgot to return it. I went in the following day to hear they had it but wasn't sure where it was. I contacted the supervisor only to be told he didn't know what to say. I asked, " so you are telling me your employees have sticky fingers?" upon which he answered I guess so. Needless to say I never had my card returned. It is a rotten way to treat a senior citizen who lives off a fixed income.

Service/cleanliness
Ok let me start with as soon as you walk in and your feet are stuck to the floor then to make the experience even better the staff's atitude and lack of acknowledging your standing there made it bad but then they succeeded in making me and my wife wait longer than any so called FAST food restaurant should when they decided not when the food was ready when THEY were ready to give us our order it was cold, i like Burger King but that store was the poorest excuse of a burger king i've ever visited!

You don't get it your way!
Stopped in to get a quick bite (10:20AM on 11-02-2010) and was told that I could not have a "Buck Double" because one time someone ordered 23 Buck doubles in the drive thru and it backed up the drive thru for quite a while. He said they would serve them after breakfast was over. The guy that was taking my order told me I could get a double burger, also $1.00, at that time, go figure. So I called and talked to the manager, Camille, today (11-03-2010) and was told that she made that decision because when someone orders that large quantity it was to HARD on the equipment and the employees. I told her that was a lame excuse. I drive a concrete truck so I told her that just because someone pours 100 yards of concrete on Tuesday doesn't mean the next customer has to wait until after lunch the next day for his load of concrete. If I was the supervisor, Camille would be in the unemployment line. If you business is selling HAMBURGERS and someone orders one YOU MAKE IT. But once again it's Burger King and you CAN'T have it your way. It's just another large company and all these complaints fall on deaf ears because there are still enough people buying food there. I can say that I have had much better service and you really can have it your way at Jack in the Box. Kudos to the Jack in the Box in Redlands, California. I never had a problem at that store and I have been stopping in there for approximately 5 years. If any of these fast food chains wants to improve there service this JitB would be the perfect model for them to follow.
As you can see Burger King, just like Del Taco, does not have a direct complaint site. Sounds like the must have to many complaints for anyone to sit down and read.
