On 7/30/10 my daughters and I decided on a quick meal. We went into the Burger King #334 on Pio Nono Ave. in Macon and placed our order. I had ordered Onion Rings with my meal and the normal stuff for the rest of us. Once I received our order and took it to the table I realizes that the dipping sauce for the Onion Rings was not present. I promptly returned to the counter, where there were 2 other people waiting, and tried to get the attention of the person in charge of expediting the orders. She was talking on her cell phone and after several attempts to gain her attention failed, we noticed the manager walking by and tried him as well.
The cashier, Deena, finally took notice of us after about 10 minutes and asked us what we needed, rudely I might add. I replied that the lady was ahead of me and need sauce for the chicken nuggets she had ordered. She stated look its over there next to the drink machine, I promptly told her not salt, sauce as in BBQ and such. She grabbed a few and slid them across the counter and then turned to me and asked me what I needed. I told her I needed the sauce for the Onion Rings. Then she had the audacity to ask me, "Do you have your receipt where you bought them?" OMG I was infuriated by this time and returned to my table to get the receipt and returned and told her I could not believe she had asked me that when there were only 3 people in line and I was one of them. She then said "Look I can't keep up with all you people".
Needless to say by the time I did get to eat, my food was cold and I was so pissed off with the lack of customer service I just threw it away. I will not darken the steps of this place EVER again.
