On March 18, 2011...11:50pm...i drove up to the drive-thru speaker...noticed one car at the pickup window...waited a minute for my order to be taken...no response...called out to the speaker...waited a minute...no response...beeped my horn...no response...pulled up behind the car waiting at the pickup window...well i waited and waited 10 minutes then that car finally got their small order of food at 12:00am...then that car drove off and that girl shut the pickup window before i pulled up...when i got to the window...she was nowhere in sight or any other employees...i drove off being disgusted because i pour so much money into that reataurant and was rejected by those ignorant, incompetent employees...that order taker deliberately refused to take my order and made that car stay at the pickup window til 12:00am so she wouldnt face me at the window...i would like some action taken against these employees and managers...next time i want some good, attentive service...thank you...
