While on vacation, we really wanted a whopper junior. We stopped in at the Burger Knig in Jonesboro to satisfy our hunger. The manager was doing the up coming schedule on the front counter, and all employees were more concerned about their shifts.
When we received our order, which was extremely quick, the burgers were cold. I took the burgers back up to the counter and let the manager know. She had the employee to mircowave both of them. I don't know how you like your burger, but I do not like anything hot on mine but the meat and bun. The rest is to be fresh and crisp, not so mushy that you can not eat it.
The manager never said a word, she just kept on doing the schedule and made the comment that she hated doing it on the front counter because everyone tried to tell her when they really wanted to work.
This all happened on 10/10/08. I figures that nothing would be done, but my sister insisited I write. Since this is not the first bad experience with burger king, I probably will have to satisfy my grilled burger craving else where.
