Tom Burmester was evicted from his tenancy 36 hours after moving in. He has horrible hygene (has taken approximately 4 showers in 4 weeks), smells, is dirty, and likes to urinate out windows. Yes, you read that correctly. It seems Tom is either incontinent or just a loser (I vote loser). When confronted by the property owner he failed to answer the call. He has two dogs that he does not care for. These poor animals were left for long periods of time without food or the ability to use the bathroom. He also threw the owners dog off the couch so his dogs could sit on it (keep in mind, this guy was renting a room and everything in the house was the owners property...pretty rude to let your dogs sleep on someone elses furniture). Did I mention that he stole a bottle of wine and appears to have a serious drinking problem? Maybe that is why he has to pee out the window (I still think he's just a loser). Supposedly, he was married for 15 years but I have to ask...would YOU marry someone who pees out windows, never bathes, and lives on a diet of Taco Bell, vodka, stolen wine, and hot dogs? Nothing about this guy is honest and his "construction company" can't be doing the business he says it is. The owner was told that he (Burmester) had only had 4 days this year in which he did not have work...I think he must have meant he only works 4 days a month because he was always home, stinking things up. Complete scumbag/loser...stay away from renting to or hiring him...unless you enjoy people pissing on your house and breaking things.
