The mechanic Jameal(Shorty) does not use good customer service. He agures and swears at customers including myself. He does shotty mechanic work sometimes and drinks on the job. I went in on 5/21/10 to get services done, in which the part wasn't installed properly. I wasn't given a receipt and when I called ''Shorty'', on his direct cellphone and requested a receipt, he cussed me and hung up on me. Something needs to be done about this mechanic. Any reputable auto service center employees wouldn't conduct themselves in this manner, so I don't see why should a Bankhead Hwy. mechanic get away with such behavior for so long. Maybe because nobody reports the behavior because it's a neighborhood repair shop. There needs to be some regulation in this North West Atlanta area.
