This company not only misrepresented themselves, mislead me into paying outside of escrow on rentacoder.com so they could escape dispute process... We are doing business as Sanelite Technologies. We have done 4 projects with Burstingsun. Minh and stephen, First 3 projects were completed successfully before time and payment was made on time. While doing 4th project, they were misleading us. They do not provide enough information/requirements. For this project, advance payment was done.

After completion of good amount of work we have asked for the payment. He replied we will do payment soon.. We have continued work for sometime. After sometime again we have asked for payment. He told that Burstingsun has a dispute with its clients so they are going to file a legal case. So just be patient and as soon as claim will be over we will give payment. We again contacted him after a month or so. Burstingsun replied that you have contacted my client directly. We have justified that we have not contacted any of your client and again asked for payment. Minh (owner) written that you have inserted some virus activity code so my client suffered huge data loss. We doubted that they are not willing to pay us. Again we asked for payment So again reply was you have broken the contract so its not possible to pay you.

Again we called him but he laughed at us and told you do whatever you can. Sometime lated again we called up but he hanged up the call. Suddenly we found that in our paypal account, there was reversal of USD 1200. So we check the details and found that burstingsun had reverted payment from paypal. Burstingsun was telling that merchandise for which he has paid was not received. We have submitted enough proof that all work has been done satisfactorily and replies from burstingsun also.

So Be Aware from Paypal also. They are telling Paypal has no Seller protection policies. After a month, paypal has not processed anything and just resolved the case and said it is resolved and completed. Again we found almost all the payment done from burstingsun was reverted back from paypal which was done for all 4 projects.

We come to know about www.screw-paypal.com. We have written mail about these activities to its presidents and all senior level managmenet but nobody is ready to take action.

So please suggest us what we can do. Right now our paypal account is -3700USD.
