on the 13 of march i wait for bus on kissena blvd infront of queens college, whit me was my 6 year old girl my two boys 7 and 9, we wait for bus like any other day, bus came i step on the bus an as soon as i remember the bus drive started insulting me yelling at me repeat many time if i wanted my daughter dead i got really mad for him saying that to me i try not to make a big deal beacuse i had them whit me did not want them to get scare, but driver keep talking shit to me so i defended my self by saying the only bad word in inglish i know, the f work he say it to m why shouldnt i say it back, tht did not stop there i got hearth problem an started to feel sick so i wanted to get down the bus i ring the stop light on ask for back door the bus driver still saying shit to me saying about how i wanted my daugthe to be dead i say im not going to open back door i want you to get down front door because he still had something to say to me, that made me so mad i kick bac door like 3 times he still didnt open it i got out front door feeling so sick my hearth was about to stop i felt so bad im still very nervious i suffer from that incident im afraid of getting in bus and also my children dont even want to get on buses i did made a complaint to mta but it feels that nobody cares, the only thing i wanted that day to take my kids to library lie every friday but he change my life by that little incident i feel neglected verval abused ignored by mta an the only thing that i want is for bus driver to be more friendly, if they dont like their jobs to find one were there happy, imagine if it was not me and my kids what if it was a crazy guy whit a weapon and reacts to him n a bad way the guy will be the victim or the bus driver which can be avoid if drivers would not treat people that way, any ways i still feel nobody cares about what mta drivers do to many people.i wish someone did.
