I received my Voyager Telescope as a price from my company. When I went to assemble it, I noticed the machining was haphazard and some of the existing screwes were cross threaded. When I finished assembling the scope, I found the rack and pinion was defective, so the telescope would not focus.
I called the customer complaint line and offered to take a photo of the part so they could send me the part. I was told that I would have to ship the telescope at my own expense to Kansas. They did not seem interested in the fact I spent a lot of time assembling it. I did not think I should have the burden
Oh well, let the buyer beware. I threw the telescope away.
