I've heard some of these 'independent' credit card processors can be slimy BUT this company takes the cake! THEY Charged a DEAD MAN's account & wouldn't reimburse the nominal fee!! This after i put in writing, etc. & they never got to me so i had to call back. They also saw no credit card activity AND knowing the man who owned the company passed away.

Stick to using a certified BANK, not third parties to process credit cards. A bank reimburses quickly to maintain good faith AND good business practices and are regulated better than people running a 'business' out of an 'apartment suite'.
