Awful company
VISTA PRINT FREE FREE Free Business cards except you keep on paying as soon as they have your credit card information also you are paying a huge shipping and handling fees. They get your credit card number and charge you each month for some type of membership that is non existent.I was charged each month for two different companies Didn't notice the charges until Dec. This has been going on for 6 months.I Called the number on their web site www.VistaPrint.com and the conversation went like this. You must have clicked on the left side of the screen and that signs you up for a membership. "What membership", I asked. they said it was discounts on many things. I demanded/asked for my money to be put back in my account and they said I'll transfer you..so on and on I went...
I sent a complaint to Florida Bureau Internet fraud. Not much anyone can do. Vista Print just set up another company. I will have to cancel the credit card. I received an email that my membership has been cancelled.

Unauthorized Charges
I was also scammed by BusinessMax. It turns out I had 19 unauthorized charges against my account over the last two years. I was told by a supervisor, representing Adaptive Marketing, that I would be receive a full refund in 3-5 business days. This came about as a result of buying business cards through VistaPrint.

Unauthorized charges
Because I did not order or sub-scribe to BusinessMax and VistaPrint gave my Credit Card number to BusinessMax. I am very up-set. BusinessMax has billed my credit card $14.95 per month starting 8/28/2008 and my wife has attempted to stop the fraudulent charges. I have contacted my credit card company and advised them that VistaPrint was the company that gave my credit card number to Businessmax.
I have also called BusinessMax and told them I have not authorized them to charge me for anything.
I feel VistaPrint has committed a crime and owes me a refund of $14.95 per month (7-months), Totaling $111.65.

Unauthorized billing
I was charged 14.95 twice by Shoppingessen and Businessmax after paying an order with my debt card through Vista Print.
Vista Print gave my information to two other companies that charged me. I have filed for a refund with my bank and advise anyone this happens to, to file a claim.

Unauthorized billing
Noticed charges on my CC for $14.95 from both Passport to Fun and BusinessMax. What the heck is so much FUN about these charges. I have never received any notification that I signed up for these services. I see from others that this is common via VistaPrint. Years ago I applied for a job there, thank goodness I do not work the company. How can companies get away with this?
The problem is that it is VERY difficult to speak to anyone to resolve the problem.

Unauthorized charges
Like so many others, I placed 2 orders with VistaPrint on their website at: www.VistaPrint.com. I was happy with the products. Then for some unknown reason, I bounced a check in my checking account. Upon looking into what the problem was, I discovered that I have been charged $14.95 a month for the last 3 months by a company called BusinessMax. I immediately did an online search which brought me to this website. I called BusinessMax at: 888-584-2217 and spoke to 'Jermaine #153472. Of course he tried to tell me that I signed up for BusinessMax. He told me that BusinessMax *is* VistaPrint, and in order to get the great price of my business cards, I have to 'belong to' BusinessMax, and that I would be charged $14.95 per month indefinitely...as in FOREVER! Long story short...I'm supposed to get a refund.
Then I called VistaPrint and was told I signed up for 'a 3rd party offer'. I assured her that, as per VistaPrint's Privacy Policy, I had not given them permission to give away access to my personal bank account. I then told her that she should be ashamed of herself for working for such a company and to go home and Google BusinessMax and read the reports. VistaPrint needs to be shut down and the owners AND the people working there should go to jail. They are scum and there should be a class action lawsuit. They are very aware of the scam they are running...and apparently damn proud of it!
Run away from VistaPrint...FAST!!!
ComplaintsBoard asked me to include a link here, by clicking on the company name I am reporting (in a box at the end of my report), but neither BusinessMax OR VistaPrint are on the list. They say they need at least 2 reports of a company before they add the business name to their list. There are literally HUNDREDS of complaints about these companies!!!
