Ordered multiple items from Butler White several months ago and payed right away with my Visa credit card. About a month later I contacted them and asked where my things were, and they said that one item was out of stock (even though the webpage had indicated that they had plenty in stock when I ordered). The item would arrive shortly.
Two weeks later I contacted them again and got the same answer. This time I asked them to remove the out of stock item from my order and send the rest. To this they gave the same answer; "the out-of-stock-item will arrive shortly".
Three weeks after this I canceled my order and was told to wait 14 days for my money since they 'do bulk payments' every 14 days. Fine.
Four weeks after this, I tried to contact them again asking where my money was. Now, over a week has passed since I sent this mail, and still no reply.
They promise response within 24-hours, but it has always taken more than 2-3 days. I do not believe they are interested in answering anymore of my 'Butler White-helpdesk'-tickets.
