I placed and paid for two orders #'s 12409618 & 12408860
both of my checks have been cashed and collected from my
Wells Fargo Checking account.

Line on site advised they were approved for shipping
and being processed and that is all I can get. the
1-888-437-9797 phone number does not answer.
