I've emailed them multiple times about this situation from Saturday to Tuesday and have
not heard back from them.
My petals arrived Saturday and there wass a problem. I did not receive what I
ordered. I ordered 3 bags of chartreuse green and 3 bags of sangria purple
petals.
I received 3 bags of chartreuse green, 1 bag of sangria purple, and
1 bag of navy blue petals. I received someone else's invoice so I'm guessing
I received her order.
Right now, my wedding is in 2 days and I still haven't heard back from them. My mother has even contacted them telling them we needed to rectify this problem as soon as possible.
