I ordered the Sailor Moon Bundle from this website on January 19th, 2011 it is now February 3rd, 2011 and they just decide to e-mail and tell me that they're on backorder!! Also, when you try to check out you get an error message.. they DO write back to you.. but very slowly when it says they'll contact you back in 48 hours.. Their phone numbers are wrong and the address is of a house.. where their actual phone is disconnected.. I DO NOT trust them.. they took the order off of the card statement.. but this is just driving me nuts! I mean.. the word SEARCH is spelled wrong on the web-site.. like saerch.. and the button that says tracking doesn't work... On top of that.. they sell bootlegs.. I don't mind bootlegs but I am not about t worry myself to death over them having to backorder items.. I should have been told DAY ONE that they didn't have it in stock.. I suggest not buying from there.. I decided to write this complaint because I couldn't find ANYTHING on them when I bought from there. Thanks for reading guys!!
