won't honor advertised price
I canceled my order then tried to order the bundled deal: http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/8579/1223201014201am.jpg deal was supposedly valid until 12/25/10 but they pulled it on 12/24 and raised the price.

Bait and Switch
Ordered Samsung TV. Offer stated "Purchase this Samsung C-7000 Series 3D HDTV and Get a Free Blu-ray Player (BD-C6900) and 3D Starter Kit (SSG-P2100T) (a $750 value) Offer Valid 6/13/10--6/19/10

In Stock. Usually ships the dame day
Condition: Brand New, USA Warranty"

No further instructions appeared on the webpage. Received confirmation of TV purchase; nothing about Blu-ray player or starter kit. Two days later received notice of shipping info received by shipper for 1 package. Called BuyDig to inquire about player and kit. They stated that the offer required me to order the player at the same time as the TV (a flat out lie) and that it was now too late to get either the player or the kit as part of the package offer. I told them to cancel the order. They said that it was too late, it had already shipped. and that I would be charged $160 for shipping. They then offered, if I would purchase the player separately ($300 more) to include the starter kit. I then called the shipper, who stated that the package was still in New York. I also separately verified that the original package offer (buy the TV, get the player and kit free) was available from several other vendors (Amazon, notably, for a few bucks more). Called shipper to notify him not to pick up the package, called Buydig to cancel the order again, called my credit card company to notify them of disputed charge should Buydig try outright thievery.

These people are no good. Perhaps something in their culture, maybe their environment, encourages them to believe that dishonesty is an acceptable part of dealing with others. Avoid them.

Cheap tricks
Buydig.com is a scamster company. I ordered a Sony XBR 6 46". The company never shipped the product after charging my credit card. When I called to find out from them, the reasons for the delay, they said that I needed to call them to confirm the order. Confirm after charging the credit card??? The fact is that they didn't have the product in stock and didn't eve bother to inform the consutemer. When I posted the same review on pricegrabber.com, the side where I accesed buydig.com, the review never made it to the posts. Be aware of buydig.com and its a scamster company.

Poor packaging
Hard drive was shipped in a thin padded envelope. Not surprisingly it was damaged.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know a disk drive needs to be shipped in a box. With padding.

They saved a few bucks and I got a headache.
