Buydiscountcigarettes.com has turned things around, they process orders in a timely manner and orders are shipped pretty quick. At one point BDC company seemed as if it was in turmoil however in the past 5 months the company has been going strong with good deals and favorable brands. They have great customer service and excellent response times...I recommend this company

I have been ordering cigarrettes form this company for over a year. My last order was given to them on December 3, 2008. I never recieved my order or told that it wasn't being sent. I still have not recieved my money back. When I first started calling the 1877 number it was always busy. I had other parties try to get throuh also, with no luck. It is a busy signal every time you call. I finally got through a few times and the phone will hang up on you. When I got through another time, I pressed the number for tracking info on orders. It hung up on me again. I tried once again and got ahold of them finally by pressing one which is for new orders. Someone answers phones right away for that one. I tried explaining what was going on they didnt seem to interestedin the issue. I told them I will never place an order again and will never reccomend their company to anyone as I have already done so. I want my money back. I have been emailing back and forth since January 3, 2009 and still have not recieved my money. They will not return it to my account as they took the money right out of my account and had no problem doing so. I do believe this company is scamming people out of their money. I have spoke to others that have had the same issues with this company. How do I recieve my money back? I will make sure that I will get the word out on my encounters with BUYDISCOUNTCIGARETTES.COM. This is not fair.

Purchased two cartons of cigarettes on Oct 13. It's now Dec. 3 and I've not received the cigarettes. Have e-mailed them about it without response. They list a telephone number but it is continuously 'busy.'

I think this is a fraudulent website. Do not do business with them.

When this company was owned by the Native Americans they conducted their business ethically. You ordered your cigarettes, they took their money and your cigarettes was DELIVERED. Since they've sold their business to the white man, it's been nothing but FRAUD -they take your money and DO NOT DELIVER. Unless you have money to lose, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I was a customer for 5 years. Call your bank, fill out an affidavit and get your money back if they stole from you like they tried to steal from me.

Been doing business with this site in New Mexico for 2 years - no problems. Placed an order on 10/9/08, money paid on 10/11/08. Cigarettes used to arrive before or on the date of payment. E-mailed and called - no response until today, 11/1/08 when the shipment I ordered arrived. No New Mexico address, they came from Irving, New York. A state they are not even allowed to mail their product to. Something happened, maybe they were taken over. I cannot trust them because no information was ever provided notrwas their any response to my inquiries. They sat with my money for over three weeks and led me to believe I had been defrauded. I did file complaints with the New Mexico AG's office and BBB. Don't know what happened, just very relieved. Will not do business with them again.
