Been a good customer for a year. 4 smokers in the family so we buy a lot of smokes. Something happened in late September and nothing has been right since. Took my money and the customer service cancelled my order. Then gave me my money back but took my money again two weeks later My order is still cancelled. After weeks of getting a constant busy signal and numerous emails I finally got someone on the phone Friday 10-24-08. She said she would yalk to her manager but I could not hold as she would have to talk to her at the end of the day. She promised to call back. She did not. My original order was placed on 10-15-08, cancelled on 10-17-08, but they took the money out of my account for the second time 10-22-08. I've ordered from Smokes Spirit.com now.

DO NOT ORDER CIGARETTES FROM THESE CROOKS

This website must have gone out of the business of delivering cigarettes, but they still collect your money for nothing in return. I ordered from them on 10/10/08, and although they processed my online check, they have not sent any product. Also, I have tried (in vain) to contact them by email and by phone... haven't gotten a response yet. This is wire fraud and I intend to contact my State Attorney General, I advise anyone else who gets "burned" to do the same.

I placed an order October 8, 2008 they deducted the funds from my bank account on Octobe 20, 2008. I was not able to order any earlier because the website was down and came back up on the 8th of October. I have not received my order and every time I try and call them I get a busy signal. I have e-mailed them several times but I not received an answer back. Upon looking for another company to order from I found Bigindiamtobacco.com and I noticed that their website is quite simular to buydiscountcigarettes.com website so I left immediatly. I tried calling the number they had posted and I got the same busy signal.

Misery apparently has company. I suggest everyone submit a claim to their bank for undelivered items paid via eCheck. Too bad, because the company was dead reliable for the 4 preceding years I bought cigs from them.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!
I have been ordering cigarettes from this company for almost a year now with no problems. I normally receive my order within 3 days. I placed my last order on 10/01/08 and they debited my account twice on 10/02/08. I noticed the double billing on 10/03/08 and immediately tried to pull up the website to get the 800 number. I received a page that said that the website was being upgraded and to check back later. Eventually, after a few days, I was able to pull up the website and get the number. I have been calling ever since and have encountered a constant busy signal. I have made over 100 attempts to call this number. In addition, they had taken the e-mail option for contacting them off the web site. It is now 10/13/08 and I have still not been able to reach this company.
