Everyone is having the same problem, but nobody is making any suggestions. So here goes:
1) Put a stop payment request on your checking accounts! It will cost you, but not as much as an order for products you don't get!
2) Regardless of whether they will speak to you, write (don't email) them at their NY address formally cancelling your standing order and requesting reimbursement, either product or a refund, for orders debited but not received.
4) If you paid by credit card call the fraud department and dispute the charges.
3) BE AWARE, THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING ON, OR OWNED BY INDIANS. AS SUCH THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS AS A SOVERIGN NATION, NOT A US COMPANY (why did you think the cigarettes were so cheap? No taxes!) So it's going to be like trying to sue/complain about a foreign company.
4) Contact the BIA and file a formal complaint against the company and if you can find out the tribe, file a complaint against them as well.
None of these things will be likely get you your money back, though they might if enough people do it. They may get you the products you ordered.
But the most important thing they will achieve is to bring this company to the attention of federal regulatory agencies who HAVE TO RESPOND, HAVE TO INVESTIGATE, AND HAVE TO TRY TO RESOLVE YOUR COMPLAINTS.
Just sayin...may be a waste of time but no more than ranting about it here.
