I ordered an instyler from the website buyhairflatirons.com located in Cedar Park, Texas on 9-26-09. was sent an email confirming order. I replied asking for shipping info and tracking number. got a response and was provided with a priority tracking number. I still have not received the product and it has been a month. When I contacted the US Postal service I was told that they never received the package for processing. Can you please help me.
