order not shipped
I ordered some memory from this liquidation retailer. They accepted my payment through paymate.com 2 weeks ago promising Fedex Tracking numbers shortly. However, since then, they do not respond to emails, my order status has not changed and they have not shipped my order.

Possible fraudulent company
Be very cautious dealing with this company.
Order an Intel processor (Q9550, 2.83 GHz Quad Core) at a low price. I verified that there appeared to be a website and the websited indicated the store was located in Tampa, FL. Never received the processor.
Credit card was processed by Moneybookers.com and I received an email on 8/4/2010 from MoneyBookers.com indicating that my credit card will list them (MoneyBookers.com) as the payment processor for BuyingGenius.com. As another person indicated, "Very suspicious."
On the same day I received another email indicating that my "Request" for a refund will be processed but will take up to 21 days. I did not request a refund.
I tried to contact BuyingGenius.com via their website “Customer Service.” When submitting the message, the webpage indicates BuyingGenius.com will try to get back to me within 48 hours but it could take a lot longer. As of 8/13/2010 I have heard nothing from BuyingGenius.com.
Found a listing of expired domain names which included: buyingenius.com, buyinggenius.biz, buyingenius.info, buyingenius.org and buyingenius.net.
"Whois" shows BuyingGenius.com listed to an IP address of “74.208.96.132" with an address in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The website says it is in Tampa, Florida.
At the least, it sounds like they offered the processor a too low a price and are reneging on the agreement.
I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and put a stop payment with my credit card company.
