Unauthorized debit of my funds
I received and ad while browsing the Internet. I was very appealing as it stated that people were winning nice
products with very low money by bidding. I purchase 10 bids for the amount of $4.95, no where in large or small print was there ever any other conditions like they are now saying and on the same day they put a hold on my funds of 129.00 which posted on the third day. Well, I did not know about this funds on hold and this triggered five overdraft fees of things I purchased during the time I did not know., this all is now totalling approximately $300.00 which they will not refund. I am trying with the bank but need to go through the process of filing an affidavit and police report which I will do. Shoppers be Careful!

Online Scam
What was not disclosed was that the Charge of $159 was to purchase the 'Bidding credits'. If it was, it was in the fine print and was very misleading. I bid on a product for 2 hours after it reached to $19.99 price. I was not made aware that when I run out of my 'bidding credits', I could not bid anyore unitl I buy more credits. Therefore, the product that I am buying is NOT JUST $19.99, but in fact would cost me $159+ 19.99 + shipping! That is IF I was bored enough to sit online and bid on the product for hours on end. Which I wasn't, so I got nothing for my $159, but A LOT of frustration! For all I know, there was no one bidding against me, as evident from all the products, constantly extending their bid time, at the same time, for the same amount of time. This is a SCAM and not an actual online bidding site.

trick people into free trial and then charge large sums 3 days later
Be very careful before doing business with buylowauction.com!
I received an invitation when I opened my Facebook Account on August 26, 2010. I stupidly thought Facebook was supporting this opportunity. (Facebook later notified me this was Spam and they sent me a personal apology and said they had corrected whatever allowed this to happen. The Spammer actually placed an ad on MY Facebook addount.) On August 26, 2010, I signed up for a $4.95 free trial (not sure how paying is free) to Zumji?? auction. I then was billed by buylowauction.com for the $4.95. A man from Zumji ??? called me on Friday, August 27 to confirm that I had agreed to the $4.95 free trial. I said "yes". He then went on a big selling spree telling me that I needed to agree to pay more money, because everyone else was doing it. I said, "NO". He wouldn't stop talking. I finally said, "Listen to me. I do not want this, and I DO NOT WANT the $4.95 free trial." He said he couldn't cancel the $4.95. He said I had to call the company to cancel. I called the number he gave me and got a recording saying the offices were closed. I left a message saying to cancel the $4.95 charge and never charge me again. I was then billed on August 29, 2010 by buylowauction.com for $86.17. I had never even used this auction site! I called on September 2, when I saw the charge on my bill. Jamey, the manager, said I must have called the wrong number. That's odd, because the number I called was a business with a recorder. Jamey said since I was calling so late, (7 days later?) I would still have to pay $43.09. Keep in mind I have never been to the auction site. I have now been charged $4.95 plus $43.09. I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. I checked the terms and conditionss on the buylowauction.com site. These terms and conditions say you have 30 days. That's odd. I called Jamey to tell him about the discrepancy in the terms and conditions, and he said there were a variety of terms and conditions. I found that to be very interesting. I am concerned about other people who fall for this trickery. The owners/managers/employees at buylowauctions.com are very difficult to deal with and it does not bother them to take advantage of people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BUYLOWAUCTIONS.COM is my best recommendation to anyone who reads this before falling into their lair.

RIP OFF
Buyers: I received a solicited advertisement for a way to bid on items under $20.00 (i.e. cameras, tvs., gift cards, etc. which sounded awesome). What a great deal right? NO! If you get an email from this company, do not buy into it. In one minute, I was charged $150.00 for 300 bids. The bids are for 1 cent increments and makes the item you bid on go up at least 20 seconds every time you bid. Well, I was reading (what I believed to be the fine print) and it said you will be charged $11.99 or $11.97 after 30 days. Ha! $150 out of my account immediately! Oh and just try to bid on something. I am sure they have their own people "upping the anty". It's a huge scam out there. I called the company and they said well, Mrs. _____, you must have not read the fine print. I said hey, how many people really read that shit? I wanted a full refund. They promised half refund. I said no, that I did not even use their system and I wanted all my money back. I am waiting for the refund but BUYER BEWARE, YOU WILL BE SCREWED ROYAL IF YOU USE THIS BIDDING SYSTEM! WHATEVER I SAY, BE SMART AND DON'T GET SUCKERED IN LIKE I DID. On another note, the girl I spoke with at Buy Low Auctions was understanding and did help me out, she was extremely nice, however, I feel the need to let others know what a scam this set up is. Just stick with Ebay. At least with them you understand the rules and don't get a huge bill for $150 right off the bat, without bidding AT ALL! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN! THANKS ALL!

bidding rules makes no sense, and basically you buy bids and u win nothing.
They say the lowest unique bidder will win the item that which anyone is bidding on. but instead of letting the user be able to input the unique bid, they say that the system automatically will pick the next unique number and bid it for you. So that means everyone's bid is unique but the only one person who should actually win would be the very first person who bids .01 cents. And since the system makes the next unique bid in sequence you basically lose every single item you may bid on. And oh the bid process is a total scam to just make you give them more money as well. The only way you can bid on these items are to be a member and buy bids. So you pay $1.50 for 20 bids. buy think of the rules and the overview of the auction process. Its basically you placing markers on a item that never actually gets sold to anyone. And only way you can win an item is to be the very first person to bid on an item when they decide to post it up on their game which you just keep bidding on items against others which you blow through all your bid credits, just to buy more from them and keep bidding but all you are doing is wasting all your credits.

They show an image that has a bubble with $2.21 and shows its said by two people, then the second image has one girl with her singel bubble saying $3.57, then $4.60 said by 3 people, then the last image shows one person with his bid of $6.50. Well since the lowest unique bid would win. So the $3.57 bidder wins. but now how can a bidder even bid the same amount if their system runs through the numbers for you. it will automatically pick for you the next unique numbner. you just need to go and look at the sites stupid thought process. i emailed thir admins three times and on the third after stating that i will blog or advertise that they are bunk they suspended my account, but will let me use up my remaining bids. oh how sweet of em. esp when i said i want my money back for them not go and bid on their fake auction.

Also if random folks were bidding on items and clicking on the bid at random times wouldn't the count down time all be at a different number like bidz.com does it? but instead of the times being different, they are the same and when one item goes back 20 sec from someone trying to win the bid before time ends, all the others that are ending do as well. i am screen shots of the open auction gameplay, their how you win, and the time resets or times of items all being the same for random bid clicks form random people all over the web.
