I had read some rather negative reviews on this company, but noticed they had a decent rating on amazon marketplace and their prices were great. I decided to take a chance.

I called to place my order to make sure they had what I intended to order in stock, as it seems they are able to offer such great prices because many of their items are discontinued. The customer service representative was very nice, and I placed my order no problem. I hadn't received a shipment confirmation with tracking number, so a couple of days later I called back and found out that the sink I ordered was shipped the same day I had ordered it and she also provided me with a tracking number. I would recommend this company, but would order over the phone instead of the internet that way you can make sure your items are indeed instock!
