Few days ago (2-3 days ago) i bought a service from BUYREFS.COM for $9.95 buying 10, 000 traffic to my web. They have the trafffic monitor. I paid my service. But, few days i checked from their website it stated nothing. In the traffic monitor it is still blank. And also i didn't get any impact from my buying. ZERO.
