virus protection that disapeared within 24 hours
unsure of name of company, on credit card statement it shows up as buysofthere.com and purchase price. i purchased virus protection online, the icon showed on the computer but disapeared a day or two later, i thought i still had protection until today 1/16/11 at about 9:30 am when several viruses showed up on my computer.

Scam PC
My computer was attacked, I could not run my virus software, It kept bringing up this software saying I had to buy it to clean my computer of the virus all my virus programs kept saying they could not be executed. Charged my creidt card $99.90 then poof all was well I want my money back. Where do I go from here?

SCAM
I was on my computer, like i am everday, and a page pops up that says my computer is going to crash. I click on a few things to find out more info and it said i had 38 virus/whatevers and said i needed this software. i said okay i have alot of my computer i need it. the product said $19.99 for a lifetime security deal and i didnt mind paying that. but when i went to my online banking to see if they charged tax or anything, and it charged me $99.90!!! wherei come from, money is scarce and i need my money back!!! on the defragment page that it also has popped up, has FAQ page. it said that they can give you your money back. how to do this?? i have not a clue!!! any help?!?!
