I bought a brand new BVLGARI watch model: BB from the BVL Emirates Towers branch in Dubai, UAE on the 30th of May. After few days, watch started producing loud ticking sounds then other funny sounds when it stopped working at all. I took it to Bvlgari MOE branch in Dubai to get it fixed on the 10th of June (10 days after I bought it) and until today (27th of June) the watch is in the workshop unfixed. No one wants to tell me what’s wrong with my watch, all they say it that it will take a long time to get fixed!!! I told them I will be traveling on vacation and I will need to have the watch with me, that’s why I bought it in the first place, but no response!!!
This is not acceptable from a luxury brand like Bvlgari!!! What quality are they selling to their customers for a brand new watch costing ($3500) to be taken into the workshop 10 days after the date of purchase?!! I am very angry for what Bvlgari did to me, I feel I am robbed and abused!!!
