I went to C & B to get my new glasses because my old frames had broken. I went in for the exam and then over to fill the prescription. after insurance i cost me $237.50. Apparently i need bi-focals and it cost extra for everything. I waited ten days for my glasses, once they finally came in, I went in and picked them up. I wore them for two days, could barely drive due to the inability to see at a distance. I took them back and the Dr. rewrote the prescription. He said he THOUGHT I had an astigmatism. aparently I do not. ten days later i went back to get them again. this time the lense for the right eye (legally blind eye) was in the right and left. If there wasnt anything wrong with my left eye before, there would have been after that. the lady at the counter argued with me that the glasses were fine and that i just needed to adjust. By the way, my left eye has very little vision issues. I had the manager come over and she checked the prescription. again they were wrong. they wanted to redo them again, i insisted on my money and the prescription. i will not go blind for them.
I then went to another eye care location, whom not only said the prescription was wrong, but that i do not need bi-focals and my glasses were ready in two days. two pair for $207.00.
