Mr. and Mrs. Cummings took my 50% deposit to do landscaping. Worked 1/2 a day and was never to be seen again. I will need to
pay out 100% to someone else to get the work completed. They stole my money, short and simple. Very frustrating. I will never pay out upfront money again! Too bad this screws all contractors! especially the honest ones!
