In August 2009, we received a package from C & N Imaging which contained Print cartridges. Our receptionist signed for the package without authorization. I immediately phoned the courier company and told them to return to sender (I paid for this out of my own). The package was unopened, unused and in the same condition that it was in when delivered to me. I received a call from Cathy in September 2009 who was abusive, swearing at me and threatening me with legal action. I had received confirmation from the courier company that they had tried to deliver the package twice to C & N Imaging, but that both times they had refused to accept it. 7 months later, I get a call from their so called attorney, Mr. Dickson, threatening to take us to court. He claims to have a recording where I ordered the products, and I told him to send me a copy, to which he replied that I would have to pay for it. I then contacted the courier again to ascertain where the package was and they confirmed in writing that it is still at their depot, and that C & N Imaging refuses to accept it. I sent all this info to Mr. Dickson and now he tells me I need to pay R500 cancellation! Grasping at Straws!!
