I used Annual credit report.com and it was supposed to be a free 7 day trial. I called and cancelled the same day. They kept telling me that my account never went through and arguing with me. Then, I check my bank account and they charged me 14.95. They then tell me that I have to wait until it goes through and then call back. So, I have to wait 3-5 business days and then call back. She kept telling me I wasn't charged and that there is just a 1.00 charge. I had no 1.00 charge only 14.95. I am calling tomorrow the number that was on my bank account and yelling. This is ridiculous. We are an army family and I think it is wrong to charge people for a product that you didn't buy. I tried to take my credit card off their website and it won't let me. Seriously angry!
