Bad Program

I bought CA Internet Security Suite 2009 and everything was fine until I purchased the upgrade 2010. What a huge mistake! It fouled up my computer, causes it to run at a snail's pace, and blocks most internet sites. The smallest action takes forever, booting up takes 15 minutes alone. I called CA, and they offered to "help" me for an additional $20. I went to their site, and proceeded to waste hours trying their "solutions, " which don't work; their "chat, " which doesn't work, and the "helps" which are just a road to nowhere. There is no "support" to their product, no email addresses, not contact information, and foreigners answer the phone demanding $20 just to speak to a tech to help you with a product they sold you that is USELESS, AND HARMFUL to your computer. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HOURS OF AGGRAVATION & THE COST OF HIRING A TECH TO UNDO THE MESS.

Blocking Internet

I Installed CA Internet Security suite 2010 a couple weeks ago. everything was fine until It started blocking the Internet saying "Internet Data quote exceeded". And by the way, this is part of the parental controls section of it. There is no children in the house. I don't need the parental control and there is no way to get rid of it. After all this I called CA. They said to fix it I have to pay them 20.00. I said EXCUSE ME this not my fault it is your program. So I said again in order to fix a problem with your program I have to 20.00. I said no and hung up. So right now In order to use the Internet I have to keep overriding it and type in my password. Besides this this program is slow as hell on my computer. When I talked to CA they were rude and uncooperative. DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM!!!
