i've booked bmw m4 cabrio for my wedding trip to italy. i wanted to drive from milan to rome and visit bologna and florence. it was early sunday morning and i was waiting for car to delivered at four seasons hotel. after 10 or so, i've received a call from empire rep telling me that the car i've booked is on repair and it can't be delivered. i was so pissed of knowing that i will not be able to get a car on sunday in milan. couple of minutes later, i've received another call from empire telling me how sorry they are, etc, explaining that is impossible to provide me that exact model. the guy asked me if s-class mercedes cabrio would suite my needs. what an upgrade! i've had to wait for another 30 minutes for car to delivered, but it was worth it. everything worked out well at the end - perfect car, great ride. we have a bad weather one day was raining heavy so i haven't used all included miles, but i can recommend empire, they will not let you down.
