I purchased a cabrio washer and dryer from a local rent america. I bought the washer new, I hope. I am sure that I did, even after, many many months of trying to pay it off. I finally own them both. but now, I have to pay a monthly fee, so that if anything goes wrong they will fix them, however, I have been in there several times, paying the monthly fix it fee and even at that one point of paying the necessary fees to own the darn things. They did pick it up once... to take the washer back to their store to take a look at it, brought it back scratched, and I am thinking when they placed it down, it was unbalanced, now the walls shake, when it spins, they suggested to spray paint the scratches, ? lol what a joke. the cabrio washer has been a piece of junk and all I want to do is take it out to the back yard and shoot it, to take it out of its misery. I recently sent an email to their office, to complain once again about the washer, I don't want to hear anymore suggestions in how I should fix it myself, or this or that, to fix it, the basin is now knocking when it spins, and yes I am using the necessary way over expensive HE detergent, which by the way is highway robbery. I am sick and tired of listening to this machine go through its cycle stop, and I have to go and restart it, I hate it. and wish I never was conned into purchasing, it.and if I can stop anyone else from thinking on buying one I hopefully can. Not worth it at all?! I WANT TO KNOW WHO AND WHERE THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS FOR RENT AMERICA. I WANT A NEW WASHING MACHINE, IT WAS NEVER GOOD FROM THE BEGINNING, AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THE FIRST TIME IT WASN'T ACTING RIGHT, THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME ANOTHER ONE.
