the 1st problem we had was the a/c flooded the cars carpet very badly when we got hold of this elpaso dealership snd got the car in for service the problem was fixed but we need the carpet replaced and was toled that the carpet would b in by thursday july 7th to make sure i called on july 5th and was tolde to bring it in on the 7th so i got to the dealership at 8 am and when i was finaly seen b a rep i was toled that the carpet was not in yet (now i would like to know why on the 5th i was tolde to bring the car in on the 7th ) That was a huge wast of my time ...now the 2nd problem is that on july 11 i was called by the dealership to let me know that the carpet was in and what day would i like the car to be picked up i toled them on wensday the 13 july but it dident matter wut day i wanted because they were here on 12th (tuesday ) to pick it up and we were toled it would be ready that evening.About 5;30 pm i still havent herd any thing i called them and was toled that it wont b ready because of this reason and that reason (by this time im verry up set )the servece guy said that they would send us a loner car out on the 14th at no charge to us when they called us this mornning for the rental car they want 50$deposit (in my book that is not at no cost to us ) i feel like not a valued costmer at all and more of a pest because i want my cadalac to b the best car and with the best car i want tne best service insted of the best service i feel like i bought a hayndai car with cheep ass handai service u can b sure that when i start to look for a new car cadalac will not b the top pick for me to look at because i want the best servece to come with the best car and the elpaso brovo dealership falls short of that mark,
