My husband and I purchased a Cadillac CTS 2007 from Cadillac in Norwwod Mass. Since we bought the car, we have had numerous problems. First, we purchased the car at night. Driving the next morning, I was blinded because as the sun reflected off the window it created a distracting haze. The window had a million little pock marks on the surface of the windshield. As well, the silver part that the put around the trim of the car in the tire area was loose. After making an appt. to fix the trim which was just installed upon purchase, we also noticed a haze of water on the inside of the front headlight casing. My husband mentioned these items when he went back to cadillac. As wll, he made note to the salesman that 2 tires on the passenger side as well as the drivers side front had bubbles on the side of the tire. The Cadiilan dealership did NOTHING about nay of these things. They said they could do NOTHING!!! 7 months later, my husband had a simutaneous 2 tire blow out. He went to use the jack that came with the purchase of our car and couldnt because it was missing pieces. because of the blow out (due to the bubbles in the tire) the rim was dmaged and we have to order a new rim in order to fix one of the tires.
Thanks Cadillac. I shouod have never given up my long standing Honda relationship (0ver 10 yrs.) and switched to a Cadillac. I will regret this until one day, I decide to get rid of my Cadillac.
