Very bad service
On 12/09/2010 at 9:oo am which was a schduled appointment, later that day about 4:30pm that afternoon I give them a call because I hadn't heard anything back from them but they still had not looked at my vehicle but she informed me that if I was not contacted by COB then it would be first thing the next morning; unfornatily I still didn't receive any call from Cadillac of Fayetteville, At 1:00 pm that afternoon I once again gave them a call and at this time Mrs Green (service advisor) inform me that it was my heater core and that she had not heard anything from my Warranty company so I asked her how much would it be if this service was not cover under my warranty her reply to me was the service guy has the invoice and she would give me a call right back, Well about 3:00 pm (appox 2 hours later) she gave me a call back and this time inform me that the guy has taken my car apart and it would be $312.00 and my reply was why wasn't I informed before he took any parts off my vehicle and how much would it be if I did not want it fixed, her reply would be you still have to pay for his time $292.00 (w/o fixing it) and in the process they found that it was the Heater Core restricted and require a flush of the coolant system. After knowing the price I would have to pay without having it fixed I went head I told them to fix it but before I payed I spoke to the Manger and he had an attiude from the beginning of really not caring about my complaint the only thing he would repeatily say was sorry ma'am I cannot help you then he also says to me you just mad because your warranty company will not cover this service. I then went and payed for the bill and when I got in my vechile was still blowing cool air but I didn't say anything then because I figure the car need to warm up, the date is 12/14/2010 and my heat has been blowing just as it was when I took it to Cadillac of Fayetteville 4 days ago. I'm very disappointed in the service I received, the treatment, and the attiude, very much surpised as well as shocked for this to be a highly name and repected company, not to add that my husband and I both own Cadillac Vehicles and Cadallac of Fayetteville would be the only Cadillac store here but from the service I received from those people my husband nor myself will take our vehicle there never again. On 01/20/2011 I took my Cadillac Cts to Dormon Cadillac of Dunn NC, 01/21/2011 They gave me a call informing me on the problem they found of my vechile, how much would be and to get permission to fix it just like any company should but not Cadillac Of Fayetteville. Because they are not open on the weekend, I was able to pick my car on Monday 24, 2011. When I came to get my vehicle I was acompanied by my service rep to be sure he inform my husband and I everything they performed as well as waited until my car was warmed up and heat was working correctly and it was very much so, and asured me if I had any problems to be sure to bring it back to them. So as far as I'm concern even if Cadillac of Fayetteville is convent for you it would be worth taking the ride to Dunn you will be treated very well and your vechile will really be fixed and in a timely matter. From now on thats where my husband and I will take our cars to Dormon of Cadillac in Dunn NC..
