I bought a new 2009 Cadillac STS last September, and I had nothing but troubles with that vehicle. the car has been in the shop more than 10 times. Customer service is of no Help what so ever.
The breaks get stiff every once in a while, the car won't start, DVD/Navigation making loud noise. interior is falling apart (visor cracked, ah tray nevercloses, seats have fuzz growing out of them, floor mats mismatched). Water leaks in the trunk, from fendor must've been repainted with a bad paint job, door not lined properly, wind noise at high speeds, the shifter bounces when you hit the breaks. and many others. some of the problems mentioned were fix (supposedly) multiple times. All this in less than 6 months of ownership. i just wonder what will happen in a year or two.
Cadillac dealership and customer service are horrible. the last straw was when i called to bring the car in for the water leak (4th time), and the breaks getting stiff again, he simply told me on the phone "There is nothing we can do for you". so basically we got your money and your stuck with this car so don't even bother bringing it in.
