In the last 2 months, three of our family members have fallen ill on having sandwiches at CCD. Yesterday it was my wife who had a sandwich from Powai (Mumbai) unit and suffered from severe stomach cramps. I had the same problem when I had Veg Sandwich at Thane Wonder Mall about 2 months back. The same time around one of our cousin had similar health issues on consuming a chicken wrap. Lately we have heard similar stories of friends and colleagues at work having fallen ill due to food consumed at CCD outlets.

This mail i am writing to let you inform you that my name is Pankaj mittal from
Mandi Gobindgarh punjab .last sunday at around 7.00 pm evening.i visit along with family in cafecoffeday outlet at SHAMBHU punjab.As soon as we reached there and about to sit the center table ( MARBLE TOP WHICH SHOULD BE FIXED BUT NOTFIXED ) in lobby fall on my son's forehead and he got injury on middle
of eyes and one of his eye.(AT PRESENT MY SON IS SUFFERINGFROM SEVERE PAIN BECAUSE OF THE PLASTER AND STICHES ON FOREHEAD) When i went to the counter for FIRST AID box that was mising at that time and there was only one person at that time and he was not supposed to LEAVE COUNTER.
So at that time i have to do everything on my own.after 2 days when i reached again to complaint against
your poor fixture and poor service.noone is there for me to give me any complaint number.because of A.S.M MARRIAGE and I got the number of MR GULSHAN written on the wall of the outlet. i really salute that guy.he is real gem for cafecoffeeday.because he know all the tacts to made a customer fool.because when i called him he just feel sorry and assure me that he will discuss this incident with high manegment and let me know the result.
Today its 8th day and i still cant get any reply from anybody from yourside.
This is to inform you that if my son will get SOME SERIOUS TROUBLE WITH EYE after removal of plaster from
forehead.
I WILL REGISTER CASE AGAINST CAFE COFFEE DAY.
