Never ordered
I received a cup no coffee, and to day I received a cup and a bag of coffee.I have never ordered from cafe saporito and I pray u are not charging my credit card. Please remove me from your list and cancell all orders you have for me.

Charge credit card for coffee I did not order
I was charged $79. 00 on November for coffee that I did not order. When I called the number the rep. said the charge would be reversed. As of today 3/5/10 my credit card has not bee credited and the telephone number is no longer working.

sent order that I did not order
I was sent some coffee and a mug and was charged $79.00 for this and did not order it. I call the company and they said they would credit my account and has not as of yet. The call was made in Dec of 09. I have called the number serveal times and the phones seem to not be working.

non-refund
Cafe Saporito sent to me twice and charged me twice for coffee without me ordering it. I called them and they told me to return merchandise and i would be refunded. It has now been 3 months and still no refund. I also tried countless times to contact them with no luck. Would only ever get recording. I left several messages with no calls in return. Now when i call i get nothing!!! They owe me 79.00 for each item i returned, thats a total of 158.00 they owe me. Would like to have help in getting my refund. thank you

unasked for order
I have been trying since Dec. to get this thing taken care of. This is the second time I have wrote to you. I have called many times, three of which I talked to someone. I have left my number many times, and no one calles back. I have two charges of 79.00 to my account . I did, nt order this I need my money put back in my account. Do I need to contact the Better Buisness Bureau . Please contact me so this thing can come to an end.

Charged Item to my account that was cancelled over a year ago.
Received coffee by UPS, did not order from this company in over a year and it was cancelled, as soon as I received my new shipment in the mail I called and spoke to a represenative in reference to this matter from November 2009. I told him I cancelled this over a year ago and he appologized for the inconvience that it has caused. HE tolled me yo keep the coffe and the mug and the charges to my credit card he took care of and the charges would be dropped. IN December, now I receive another bill now the a $15.00 interest charge, I am never late with payment's and they do not answer the phone, so now I have a $94.00 bill. Do I pay it so it will not affect my credit, and then deal with the problem?

unasked for order
In Dec. I found two charges of 79.00 from the co. They had sent me two orders of the coffee with a mug. I called them and they told me that thier comp. had crashed and it sent orders to everone. They told me to just keep it and they would be putting my money back within a week, .
That was the first week of Dec. I have talked to them 3 more times and still nothing . I live on SSI that 148.00 dollors messed me up . Please
see to this ASAP.

fraudulent charge
received unauthorized charge on a credit card. I had been out of town when the charge was made. When I found the package, it was rain soaked and falling apart. I was able to save the big orange sticker with their phone # but was never able to contact them . I disputed the charge. I now have to prove to the card company that I did not order this 12 oz. pack of cofee and cheap cofee cup for $79.00. Watch your charges on your credit card!

Unauthorized shipment/billing
I received an unauthorized charge of $79 from an online company located in IL called Cafe Saporito. I disputed the charge after was to get anyone there to answer the phone and explain it. I never ordered it and do not want it. So far no one there has answered my calls to explain what is going on either.

unathorized charge for coffee
first week of December 2009 we received a 2lb bag of coffee and cheap tin cup shows up on doorstep delivered via UPS. No info in the package. Called customer service - no answer - left message - was never called back. Thought it might be a gift from a customer and forgot about it. Just got my credit card bill today and found a charge for $79 from CoffeeOutlet.com. Now I have to change my credit card number and report this as aFRAUD. IL state attorney general needs to get on this pronto!!
