Cafe Saporito
Four times I've called and get a message "our representatives are busy leave a message". No one calls me back, but in the mail I receive their coffee. The last two packages I returned UNOPENED COLLECT... Maybe someday I'll get a response!

unwanted (fictional order) merchandise
My Fiance received an UNWANTED order from CAFE SAPORITO a few days ago. We are not alone ! $79 for less coffee (than we use in a day) and a mug? I'm suspecting a scam that should be investigated by the State of Illinois. How did this bogus company get her credit number? Perhaps we should contact the Better Bussiness Bureau in Evanston. As well as the Post Master in that town, if this turns out to be a scam using a PO Box, it's a Federal Offense. Additionally, she has placed a couple calls to them ... all unanswered. I'm going to hunt down these people and put them on notice concerning the above . All who read this, do the same!

Mailed me stuff I didn't order
This is at least the second package from this company I did not order! They keep charging my Credit Card $79 per package. I keep returning it to sender. But they still keep charging my credit card. I WANT IT STOPPED! NOW!!!

unsolicited order
continues to send me coffee I did not order, called but got no answer and voice mail last month, now called and phone was non working number. I did not pay the credit charge, and am not paying the charge if any now. Came with another charge from Dan's stores.

Did NOT Order
While chcecking my accounts on line I noted TWO charges for $79.00 that I did NOT make, tried to call ths company and have been calling daily now sence November 28, 2009. Last week I received a package via UPS and tody another one in the same mannor . I have tried to call this companies 800 # ( 1-888-963-cafe) all HAVE gotten is a pre-recorded message "...all coustomer service prepsentaives are helpong other, leave name, number and a message they will get back.." well now I am still waiting, still calling and being charged for CRAP I did not order...and STUCK with the shipments and charges to my Card.

unsolicited shipment
I received a UPS shippment of coffee and a coffee mug there was no charges and no purchase order and an 877-7978553 telephone number on the label. I called this number and received a rapid busy signal.At no time did I participate in any on line ad or request anything from seattle's best or cafe saporito I'm not even sure if any of my accounts have been breeched.That's what I'll be doing after this report is submitted

Coffe sent not ordered
I have received coffee I did not order from Cafe Saporito. UPS did some research for me and the company is Peel Incorporated but the were not able to give me their address or phone number. Their security office is still doing research. It was charged to my credit card.
Capitol One was really on top of things and called me to let me know that I had a fraudelant charge. They immediately took action and am sending me a new card. Thanks Capitol One.
Please!! Everyone that has a complaint about this coffee company file a complaint with UPS 800-955-7070 and FTC.gov If they get enough complaints they will investigate.

Recieved coffee and Mug =2 of them
I recieved Two shipments of Coffee from Cafe Saporito on the same day .I did not order them . the coffee is Seattle Direct. Numorus calls to the Phone numbers all lines are busy . Or they say leave a message. I have left several to no avail.

Never ordered
I had two boxes of Cafe Saporito coffee delivered to my Post Office box on December 15, 09. I've never heard of the stuff before. I plan on returning it.

Unauthorized charge and shipment
We have been receiving unauthorized shipments of coffee and mugs. Also been charge $79.00. Cancelled credit card. Can't get ahold of Cafe.
