Unauthorized credit card use
I received an unauthorized charge of $79 from an online company located in IL . I cancelled the card and disputed the charge after we were unable to get anyone there to answer the phone and explain it. Now today I get a package in the mail from a company also located in IL called Cafe Saporito containing some coffee and a mug. Cancel your card BAD COMPANY...also other scams than coffee.

unauthorized order
Received order in the mail, was charged 79.00 on my bank, and did not place an order, called and they said would re-fund money, that was a week ago and have been charged again.. trying to call and they do not return calls, and have not gotten my money back..

unsolicited delivery
received unwanted/unsolicited coffee deliveries via ups . 1st delivery arrived 11 dec 09. 2nd delivery on 15 dec 09. checked my credit card companys online statement and found that i was charged $79.00 for the first delivery by a company named publicationsmax.com. the second delivery was billed from a bussiness called shopcoffeedirect.com. the phone numbers shown on the shipping documents are non-working numbers. i was only able to get ahold of the second bussiness. they said they were sorry and would issue a credit return to my credit card. having had similiar past dealings and getting ripped off by a company located in illinois to the tune of $1395.00, i am calling the illinois state attorney generals office tomorrow. what companys in financial straits do, is to go out and overcharge for unordered products, then after a month or two blitz of income, turn around and file bankruptcy. once that happens even obama wont get your money back. beware. recommend others experiencing similar problems call your credit card companys and refute the charge and also have them change your account number.

Fraud/Unauthorized Charges
Last week received an envelope containing coffee and mug, left a message for the company to call me as I hadn't order this. Today received a box with mug and coffee and tried calling company but again had to leave message. Went online thinking I'd send them an email and low and behold stumbled upon all these complaints. I immediately started to call my credit card carriers and sure enough their were 2 separate charges of $79.00, one from Coffee Outlets and another from Seattle Coffee. Cancelled my credit card and advised them of unauthorized charges. I hope these evil doers get caught!

Unauthorized charges
Sending out 2 hipments of coffee that were never ordered, cancelled the service over a year ago with Seattle Coffee. Now I see a charge for $79.00 on my credit card.

Didn't order coffee
Received a package in the mail yesterday, I am sending it back unopened, looked it up on line and there are several complaints of the same thing. I have also tried to reach the company by phone and it is always busy.

received products and charges without an order
I received a package of Seattle coffee and a mug from Cafe Saporito on 12/7/09. I called them the next day to say I had not ordered anything. They never answered. They asked me to leave my name and number and they would call back. Meanwhile, I received a second package and called again. The same response, but no answer yet.
I will be watching my credit cards to see when and where they slipped this false order in.

Never Ordered!!

I cancelled the card and disputed the charge after we were unable to get anyone there to answer the phone and explain it. Now today I get a package in the mail from a company also located in IL called Cafe Saporito containing some coffee and a mug. I never ordered it and don't really want it. So far no one there has answered my calls to explain what is going on either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!

Rec'd product I did not order and got charged for
Checking my account found a charge for $79 for some Java company. Disputed the charge, had the card cancelled and another sent. Today, I receive package UPS from Cafe Saporito. I have not opened it as I checked this site. Most likely it is the coffee and a mug. Planning on filing further charges against the company.
